I ordered an Ube milk tea for hot and it came out a strong burned flavor with no Ube chunks at all. I almost want to puke and the flavor got me headache. So I went back to ask why it tasted like this. They mentioned the machine is burned😂😂 but they can exchange me another drink or give a refund… they quickly got me a new cold drink…so that’s a good part for 3 star.

I recommend the employees communicate with the customer ahead or mark the hot drinks out of order if the machine or cookware is not in a good state. ( Since this may lead to food poisoning or potential lawsuits you never know)
Another thing should be concerned is the employee used the bare palm to press the top of the cup cover where we supposed to insert the straw. This also feels not very sanitary for me.

Hope the company can properly train the employees and take care of them since it maybe related to low pay and afraid of losing business! Happy employees would lead to better quality and reputation. This maybe the keys to successful business

the longest wait with only 2 people being in front of us. very slow and inconvenient service with unaccommodating workers. a line has built up because the staff weren't serving the drinks.

The drinks were so good and I got boba 🧋 for $4.75 which is a great price these days. The store worker/manager was really friendly 🫶 and there’s a 10% discount for the whole of February!!

This review is just for the pastries. I’m not very into boba, but come here just for the savory pastries, which are really delicious. The folks who work here always have a smile on their face too. Sometimes after a long day, just getting a pastry here puts me in a good mood.

This time I ordered Teapuccino, no sugar/less ice/added pearls

The tea was too light, and the aroma of oolong tea was not reflected; the taste of milk was not very obvious, and the two did not blend well. On the contrary, the pearls surprised me. It is a traditional Taiwanese flavor, a bit like Fresh Fuquan, which is worthy of praise! !
Later, I thought about it, maybe because the tea and milk were relatively light, so sugar was needed to enhance the taste. It just so happened that I didn't add sugar, so the overall taste was lost.

But I don’t ask for the standard of Taiwan’s beverage shops to the American bubble tea shop. It’s just a one-time experience~

I stood here for 10 minutes waiting for my drink, and there was no one waiting before me. I looked through the window and a girl made her own drink first, and then made mine. There were about four or five workers inside, but they were just busy talking. I don't understand how they make money. Are they all volunteers or are the businessmen a philanthropists?

How come right at the time the store opened the boba, matcha, coconut, and some drinks were sold out? We knew ZERO& in Stanford and Mission Viejo always made boba when the stores opened. We waited 90-120 minutes for the boba to be ready. They should not make the Customer wait. They should make boba before the store opens. Some drinks are not available until later in the afternoon. They should not say it Is sold out the time the store opens. They have poor customer service.

Did a catered order for an event, and had a wonderful experience. The staff are all super thoughtful and helped make sure that everything in my order would be ready and organized. The cakes were all phenomenal as well

I like going to the Zero& here since always feels a tad healthier than the normal boba I get.Good:- The zero-sugar options still taste good - especially the baby peach and mango- I like how the app shows you how long until your order, and the pickup is very fast- Clean interior and very modern as well!- Grape drink was also good and had real grapes in it tooBad:- There sometimes are longer lines- Can be expensive for a single drink and not much serviceOverall this place is a staple that I like to come back to for a feel-good dessert.
