My son walked over from school to buy himself a plate of food , they had him wait over 25min and then they accidentally gave his food to someone else and made him wait another 20min ridiculous..they thought its ok because they gave him an extra free sauce

I placed a doordash order, I waited 20 mins, I got notified it was ready, I drove over, I was told to wait 3 minutes, I waited 20 minutes, I wanted a refund, I cancelled my order and left and as soon as I did, they said it was about to be done. No food, 45 minute wait. Maybe next time. Don't tell me to wait 3 minutes and have me sitting twiddling my thumbs for 20 minutes.

Everything about this place is awesome. From all the flavors to the honey that helps cool it down. The self serve soda. Even the seating of being indoor or outdoor is always a plus.

So we drove for 20 mins looking for something new to eat, came across this chicken spot let me tell from entering Destiny blew my mind from greeting us and I ask like how hot was hot lol she was nice enough to give me a sample fries since it was our first time here made some suggestion always with a smile and the right attitude which in today's world is such a rare thing will come back because of her and the food was way beyond expectation..

Walked in & seen THREE roaches. Please don’t eat here they have a Roach Problem that the manager doesn’t want to take care of. Coworkers said the manager doesn’t want to do anything about the roaches. I had to get a refund , it was gross.

Really good food and good prices id just wish there were more locations south like Santa Monica or marina del Rey since I have to make a drive to this panorama location to eat this great chicken
