I just love reviewing awesome places. Ordered online, came in, was supposed to ready 5:45, 6:05 order even not started, in the app it shows a complete ld order, workers don't really want to answer question, they just ignore, on companies feedback page it asks your phone number, then name, then email address, then phone number, then name, then phone number, then lol all over again and I thought this is a pizza place, you get the idea, you are sitting hungry in pizza place, you paid and can't even cancel as order is complete and no one to ask... What else do you do but write a good review:) good day all, and if you value service find some place else to eat:)
By the way, there is an awesome cheesestake place next to it :)

Great service and good crisp to my pizza. I came in to pick up a pizza for lunch and it was perfect. Not sure if there’s been a change in management, but this location has seriously stepped it up. The quality, the flavors, and how well everything was cooked were spot on. Really impressed. keep it up!

Let me start by saying My daughter loves Blaze, and we have always had a great experience workers are always nice friendly and like she would say they speak her pizza language they always get it right except this time , Brie the person that was taking the order looked and acted like the didn't want to be there or bothered, I asked for a cheese pizza just mozzarella and she added parmesan cheese I told her my daughter wouldn't like it like that so she just rolled her eyes and started making a new one , after she put it in the oven she went back to texting on her phone, after we got our pizza because I did asked for her name we were not even out of the restaurant when her and the other employees started talking about us, worst experience that I've had at a Blaze not giving up on the restaurant just never going back to that location

I used to enjoy ordering doordash from this place but the people who work here don't know how to read. They don't know what a caprese salad is so don't bother ordering it and they forgot three toppings on my pizza. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Honestly, it was my first time visiting this pizzeria, and I really liked it because I could build my own pizza. I felt happy because I love pizza. However, while I was eating today, October 16th around 9 p.m., everything was calm — I was talking with my relative and enjoying the pizza — until one of the workers who was cleaning the tables completely ruined my night.
I started feeling upset and angry because she began cleaning the tables and chairs, then started putting the chairs on top of the tables. The girl had her headphones on and was throwing the chairs onto the tables, making a lot of noise. My relative and I looked at each other and said, “Maybe she’s just cleaning, it’s fine,” and we kept talking. But it didn’t stop there. She kept doing the same thing with every table she cleaned until it got worse — she literally slammed a chair onto a table.
Honestly, as a customer, I felt like she was basically saying “it’s time to leave” or that she hated her job. It really ruined the atmosphere and made me feel very uncomfortable. When she did it for the last time, the noise was so loud that my relative and I stopped talking and looked over. I stared at her, and she looked back at me with a mocking expression, then just kept doing the same thing.
I grabbed my last slice of pizza, finished it quickly, and left the restaurant feeling disappointed. I had a bad experience — not because of the pizza, which was good — but because of this worker, who honestly showed no empathy or respect for the customers. I’m sorry to write this, but I felt extremely uncomfortable and upset by how this girl, with headphones, medium skin tone, and curly hair, ruined my evening. I really hope you can hire someone more professional for that position.
Terrible Service at Blaze Pizza I placed an order online at 7:50 PM for pickup and arrived at 8:10 PM. After waiting for 20 minutes, they told me they never received my order! I asked if they could just make it since I was already there and hungry, but the girl at the counter said it would take another 20–25 minutes. I decided to cancel instead, and even that took another 5 minutes. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Definitely not coming back.

My family & I have Come here a couple times -/2x on a Friday. Friendly Staff but they only have 1 person manding the register & making pizzas, While other staff don’t seem to be doing anything in the back and there is a line mind you. On a Friday they are apparently out of most toppings. The pizza turned out okay with very few toppings but took forever to receive.
