They were rude as hell for one and showing some discrimination which was very uncomfortable for me and my aunt other then that their food was great can't lie but won't be going back to eat unless it's threw the drive thru

Absolutely terrible customer service. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, completely ignored by every employee. No greeting, no acknowledgment—nothing. It doesn’t matter what position you have; if a customer is waiting, someone should step up and help. Instead, the workers acted like I didn’t exist.
When someone finally decided to acknowledge me, they had the worst attitude—no “hi,” no smile, just a rude, unimpressed look. The way they talked to me was completely unprofessional, and to top it off, they even insulted me. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a fast food place. If you don’t want to deal with customers, why even work here? This place is a joke. Won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They really be hiring anyone nowadays.

The bathrooms here are disgusting! Not well mantained tissue all over the floor and stains on the seat. Just to top it off the service here is so bad the workers don’t even acknowledge you’re there as a paying customer. Great way to drive out customers one of the worst runned Burger King ever.
Worst customer service ever and they are grown adults in their 40s or something I’ve seen better service from teenagers who should actually be working at a fast food job not these grown unprepared people
