I had a horrible experience today while ordering. General manager Sandra at this location in panorama. Was extremely rude and wanted me to pay extra money for cheese even after in my order it clearly stated I had added with cheese. She was very disrespectful and her vibe was as horrible. After I got my order, the sticker that is in top of the burger if the order has a request it clearly states with cheese. I will never go back here again and I hope someone from the higher levels of burger king fires her or at least does something because she feels very entitled since she is the manager.

Had two burgers and ordered w/ mayo & catsup only. Received with mustard wiped off then c & a added. I even asked them to make fresh cause was allergic to mustard. Burgers went to round file... disappointed.

Alot of homeless people inside saw a guy with knife and two bottles of liquor inside ,made my mother and I very uncomfortable and they also took so long for our food . Stay Vigilant.

My family was excited to go visit the new Burger King establishment. Turn out to be a huge disappointment. We had a couple of coupon mailers we wanted to use. We ask the cashier named Sandra if she could please help us with the coupons. She told us she could not ring us up, that management did not allowed them to ring up customers. We ask if she could come around the counter to help us. Sandra told us ā€œ I don’t work for you!ā€ I ask her what if I’m disable. She looked me up and down and said ā€œYou don’t look disabled!ā€ Rolled her eyes and continued by asking me ā€œWell are you disabled!ā€ I have no words on how unprofessional and inappropriate Sandra was. My husband ask if we could have the corporate number and she said the establishment was a franchise and they had no corporate office. It’s very unfortunate that one employee can impact the establishment severely. We will never set foot here again.

Stay away from this location. ā€œfranchisee Araceliā€ thinks she can be rude and condescending to customers. Presented a coupon to her at the drive thru window for a 2 for 1 sandwich deal and proceeded to give me the biggest eye roll ever and looks at me like I’m stupid. I thought, here we go. Sure enough in the most snobbish manner, goes on to tell me, ā€œnext time you have a coupon, say so when you’re ordering.ā€ Demands to know what I want. If to pay $21 or the coupon. Goes on to tell me she already input a special. I didnt know what special she was talking about since I ordered a simple combo meal and the 2 chicken sandwiches. I asked her what the price difference would be which set her off even more. How dare I waste her time. Glances at her screen but then Refuses to tell me and simply says what I’m paying is cheaper. Do I want it or what stare. At that point I can’t take her condescending attitude and tell her to just cancel the order and leave. But I’m thinking, nah, she can’t be this much of you know what to customers. So I walk inside and ask for her name and a corporate number. Refuses to give me her full name and states, ā€œI’m a franchisee.ā€ Ok so now the attitude makes sense. I’m the location owner and I’m high and mighty. States There’s no one above me. Oh, excuse me I didnt know you owned Burger King. I let her know she’s still under Burger King’s umbrella and reluctantly provides me some random HR number. Had to go on the website to file a complaint. I already only eaten at Burger King once in maybe ten years. I’ll wait another ten to get over Araceli’s service or lack there of. You would think a franchisee would go above and beyond but I got the opposite. Do better Araceli. Smh.
