I’ve been to this coffee shop a couple of times, and unfortunately, my experience with the staff has been consistently disappointing. The lady who works there is always on her phone and appears to be doing nothing, which gives off a very unprofessional vibe. The first time I visited, I showed up just a few minutes before 11:00 AM, and she told me they open at 11:00, so I waited. However, the second time I came after 11:00 AM, she told me they didn’t open until 11:30 AM. This was frustrating because their website clearly states they open at 10:30 AM. I can’t help but feel that the staff needs to be more attentive and consistent with both their service and business hours. Not a great experience overall.

So many stores, so little time, and even more SO LITTLE money.Nevertheless, we had enough to buy a couple of refreshing concoctions from the small CAFE NIEVE Refreshment Stand in the Mall.The two young ladies behind the counter, were very courteous. I had a Pineapple Banana smoothie and my wife… I can’t remember.Next time we go to NORTHRIDGE, the first thing I’ll get is another SMOOTHIE ???
