My mother and I always come to this carls Jr in hopes that this will be better every time we come. We come here & the employees dont smile, nor do they greet their customers with any type of welcome. They've already messed up our orders THREE Times. And they did not even want to fix our burgers after messing it up. Instead they want to hand us AN EXTRA PATTY for us to put in the burger instead of fixing it. This is the worse carls jr ive ever been to. Please get better staff

Great self run (no manager), little store with great one to one customer service. I wish we had more like it. Love dropping by several times a week, but employees running the store, things the employees can't handle: ordering food, supplies, required repairs of structural and cosmetic nature are often neglected. Best employee run store with heart I have ever seen, and I was once a Carl's Jr Store Manager, and helped train management team to become store managers with Carl years ago.
I am very disappointed with this restaurant because it was and I say was one of the many Carl's Jr I go to. I don't know why or what they were thinking or why they did What they did to me. I went there at midnight on my bike and I know some restaurants let people go drive thru on their bikes some don't so I asked the lady working there if I could she said no. I kindly said please I was really hungry. She said no. I said thanks anyways so I wait for a car to drive thru sitting on the curb till a couple of young kids drove thru and asked them if they could order me a burger the new spicy western burger I gave the kids my money plus extra for the favor and the lady in the speaker tells these kids don't order for that guy I won't take your order tells them also they would get in trouble I'm like what did I do for these kids to get in trouble if they order for me I at no point while I was there rude or did anything but ask if I can order they said no so I waited that's all for someone to just straight refuse to serve anybody really sucks especially when unr really hungry that really suked really sucked. Really really sucked.

I arrived at 6:35a on 02/02/25, I was waiting at the register for few minutes then I see the manager walking out the kitchen. She was on her phone texting, she walked by and I guess I was invisible. She walked by and went to the back. A lady that was cleaning called her but she did not come in. I just left since I guess her texting was more important than the customer.
