I ordered with uber eats then called to ask if they can put ranch and jalapeños on side they said no and hung up its like there giving it for free paid almost $100 for pizza know one wanted to helpI guess the employees need more training how to be with customers plus the manager was scared to pick up the phone

Gross!! I always order on this place for many years because this is the closest domino’s to where I lived ! But this is the second time that there is human hair on my pizza!! This is very gross!! I was very upset calling the stores and asking for a Supervisor but the lady answered the phone she said they don’t have a supervisor! She told me they’ll give me a score credit for my next purchase! I said heck NO! I need to complain about this! This is not right! Very gross!

Avoid this Domino's at all cost..The staff cannot handle the most basic information, won't answer the phone and deliveries won't arrive at all. Any pizza restaurant is a better choice, don't waste your time and money on a restaurant that gives such poor customer service.

Places order 1150am didn't get it delivered till 01:30pm. This was for a school event my sons kindergarten end of the school year party. Imagine 30 kids yelling for when is the pizza getting here and you keep checking the updates keep calling and no one answers the phone. Kept calling for 40 min non stop no one would answer. Checked the app and the minutes just kept extending and extending . If that wasn't the worst took them 25 min to deliver it and the school wasn't even half a mile away. You guys really ruined a ones in a life time event for me as well for the kids!!!

I was unable to find the Domino's located at 17020 Ventura Boulevard, Encino. So this review is for that location. Generally speaking, I am not a fan, but for a convenient Pizza, they are not bad. I ordered three medium pizza, a salad, 16 pc chicken and one Susie. It arrived extremely fast and hot. Maybe because I called it in after the basketball game. In my opinion, the dough is a bit doughy, and it needs a bit more cheese and a bit more sauce. The cheese does not stretch. My taste buds were climbing over each other trying to find a bold taste. Thank goodness for Tapatio. The boneless chicken is good. I haven't tried the salad yet.For the price of $6.99 you are getting a $6.99 pizza and you should be happy. If you want a better pizza, be ready to pay $15.00. Again, it is convenient for a lazy guy like me.
My first time at this location. Eddie took my order and he was very cool. I came in so hungry, mind you! I ordered my favorite the CHICKEN BBQ Pizza and got some mango habanero bone in wings. My pizza was so bomb but the wings... they were still cold and very soggy! They had no crunch or hardness to them at ALL!? VERY disappointed cause I looked at them and they looked so good but they were horrible!! Never ordering wings from here just pizza! I didn't receive the discount on my order but whatever should've just ordered the pizza alone a waste of 26 dollars!

I placed my order and they gave me an over burnt pizza, after denying that I even made the order online. The staff seem to be unhappy with their job, however why take in orders when you are not willing to serve your customers well.

Called this location to confirm that they accept Apple Pay (on a rainy Friday). I made my order and make my way. I arrive and their Apple Pay isn’t working. I was very furious because I got soaked just to find out that Apple Pay isn’t working. Please find better workers.

I just picked up my order and there was only one worker running the show. Despite the fact that he’s was the only one he provided amazing service. I wasn’t able to get his name but honestly he deserves a raise. He was making the pizzas and cashing people out.
