The whole atmosphere was so noisy. Other customers thought it would be okay to take multiple phone calls on speaker phone and try to speak louder than the other person. Staff seemed to want to chit chat amongst themselves and sing happy birthday at the top of their lungs even tho there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I had asked for no pancakes with my meal and still got them almost delivered to my table. Manager looking lady got upset because I spoke up about not wanting the pancakes. Then after all that I just took my food to go cause I just couldn't take it anymore.

Went to ihop for my so s birthday 🎂 Jessica was our server she is the best 👌 👍 great customer service so sweet will come back just because of her 😊 Jessica you are going place keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍

Needs a better manager. I have had 2 issues in this place and manager wasn't able to resolve it. First it was with an waffle sandwich it came with sausage and I wanted to substitute it for ham manager said they can't do substitutes I asked what if I order a side of ham if they could add it to my sandwich and remove the sausage she said she couldn't do substitutes. Not even if I pay for a side of ham 🙄 Like really! I still ordered. They ended up bringing me my waffle sandwich with sausage and a side of ham. I had to take out the sausage (I don't like sausage) and put the ham. The second time i had an issue with the manager was regarding a reward a wanted to use. I went to have breakfast because I noticed I had enough points to use i asked my waitress for help to get the code for my reward she was nice and help me. My order was around $60 she then comes back saying the code didn't go through she checked an noticed she made a mistake and used my points for a (free any breakfast) instead of (free any omelet) manager said she couldn't do anything about it. That she never had a problem like that before that l can easily go to another ihop an get a free breakfast. i told her it's not a big deal I'll just pay she then tells me well it is a big deal because your making a big deal. As management she should be able to find a solution not embarrassed customers in front of other customers.

The servers are always great our food was good and the atmosphere was ok. We enjoyed our meal we have a 1 year old and he was able to eat a silver 5 and a side of bananas. Overall good experience.

The food is good, the service is excellent but I found a special guest at my table around my food (a COCKROACH) I told the waiter about the cockroach and he took it away.,I ate, I paid the full amount of my bill and tips but I don't know if I will return I don't like eating with cockroaches around.
Dietary restrictions: They don't have the gluten friendly pancakes 😞even though they are on the menu.

Great food, staff and service. This is the oldest IHOP still standing and aid highly recommend it. The new manager (since COVID) really revamped this location. I’d highly recommend it
