Service was really horrible I asked for a Classic Crispy Chicken Sandwich on a multi grain bread it was suppose to come with melted cheese and the first time they brought the plate it had no cheese at all. I kindly asked the server to have them add cheese to make it the way it’s suppose to be. She came back with the sandwich with cheese but not melted the way it was suppose to be so I sent it back one more time and explain to the server that I wanted the cheese to be melted just the way I had it last time I was there. The server took my the plate and after around 3 minute came back with the plate once again the order was not correct so I asked her to cancel my order which he did. After I did that the manager came over, which was nice since I had not even requested to speak to him but I wish he had not come. He said he was sorry that my order was not make correctly and when I explain to him that I wanted the cheese melted just as it was at my daughter sandwich he said it’s a different sandwich and the cheese it’s suppose to be just the way it was when they brought your order. With respect I said thank you very much because I didn’t want to make a scene. He is the MANAGER on duty which mean that he was suppose to find out first what exactly happen before approaching my table. He made things worse. Towards the end when everyone was almost done eating I request the server whose name is Janette according to the receipt that I wanted the managers name and corporate number. She went ahead about her day and when we pay once again I asked for that information she did provide me with the name of the manager Victor, but said I should just google the number for corporate. My visit today by far has been the worse experience.

The whole atmosphere was so noisy. Other customers thought it would be okay to take multiple phone calls on speaker phone and try to speak louder than the other person. Staff seemed to want to chit chat amongst themselves and sing happy birthday at the top of their lungs even tho there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I had asked for no pancakes with my meal and still got them almost delivered to my table. Manager looking lady got upset because I spoke up about not wanting the pancakes. Then after all that I just took my food to go cause I just couldn't take it anymore.
