They always have waitresses that are rude and steal you tip every time you use a debt card. They don’t care at this location they never change. I pefer to go to Denny’s at north Hollywood we’re they have good service and serve you well.

Horrible place. I walked in and the bathroom was supposedly being cleaned. It took them an hour to clean it and they never took down the sign, they just always have the same sign so customers don't use the bathroom. I asked the waitress if my plate had fries or mashed potatoes. She told me that she didn't know what puree or mash potatoes were. They served me cold, horrible coffee, I stopped to ask for napkins and they gave me 1. I just told him to please give me another one, stinginess taken to its maximum expression. The waitress never showed up. I stopped at the cashier to pay and they told me that they didn't receive money, so I'll look for the waitress at table 1. Finally she arrived and the very cynical woman told me... I left her bill at the table. It is the worst restaurant in the area. The employees are so poorly trained that they believe that because it is a Latino area, they have the right to treat all people badly. They should close that horrible place. And put a Mac Donald who are people trained to run a food business. Here they are only interested in making money and treating people badly. I do not recommend it and I will never return to this horrible place.

Very basic food, I would say its a step above Dennys though. I like Ihop, it's pretty good, the service is usually OK. I don't recommend coming here on a weekend though, it can be quite busy and the waits are very very long. I like the vibe of the place, the ambiance and feel is good. Reminds me of an old diner

Update:Decided to give this place another try and the customer service is just awful. A woman standing by the cash register, decided to sit all the people that arrived after my senior mother and I. We asked why? She said “we called your name” we were sitting down for more than 25 min near her and she never called my name. She was super rude and yelled! How can you have a person with that attitude working there? Wish I had her name I’m taking this to corp.Will never come back to this place AGAIN! My senior mother, my baby and self went to eat breakfast a couple of minutes ago, when we came in the manager I believe asked "how many?" my mom said "we are 3." (she doesn't speak English fluently) so the manager (average fat guy light skin and bald) turned his attention towards another woman and seated her first and ignored us! So I told him "do we have to sign in or something?" He said "no just wait" and then 5 other people came and he also seated them! One of the hostess really short girl skinny just ignored us as well and seated other people that came a lot later than us. I felt descriminated just because my mom's English is not that fluent, she is a senior and no one should treat people her age like that!
The breakfast is very delicious, I only recommend arriving before 9 am, otherwise you will have to
