This is the worst in n out in the whole valley. It’s all high schoolers who can’t take 10 seconds to listen to your order. I’ve gone 3 times since I’ve moved here, and all 3 times my order has been wrong.
It’s not even a full menu it’s literally burgers and fries but these young high schoolers just don’t care. Find a different location

Every time I tell them what I want on my burger, they always get my order wrong! I tell the bread lightly toast, it comes back hard! I'll say extra grilled onions, I get no onions! I get that most people like that special sauce but I was very specific with ordering my food. Long story short: poor listening skills! So when I go I end up waiting longer bc 9/10 they gone get my order wrong although the team see the order on the ticket!!

This was our first time trying In-N-Out, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. The burger was fresh, but the patty lacked flavor, which was surprising given the reputation. The fries tasted good, but they were served cold, which took away from the experience.
Overall, it was disappointing—especially since we were really excited to finally try it. Maybe we caught it on an off day, but based on this visit, it wasn’t what we expected.
Giving it 1 star, simply because at their price point, serving cold fries is unacceptable.
