If I could give below 1 star, I absolutely would. The service was horrible. We ordered a couple of boba teas, and one of them didn’t even have any boba. When we asked the staff member about it, she was extremely rude and just given the boba from behind the counter without even apologizing. No “sorry,” no acknowledgment of the mistake—nothing.
Missing the boba in a boba tea? What’s the point of going to “It’s Boba Time” then? Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I have been ordering here for years since it opened I don’t know what’s going on you pay for and order extra toppings they don’t add them you go back and ask for them to be added and act as if you didn’t pay for it when it’s on the receipt. What’s worse is I drive back home come to find out they didn’t added more toppings you ordered it’s completely annoying!!!! I swear I’m here eating soup açaí because they didn’t remake it just put the topping on top because the ingredients are expensive, well if they are expensive you get it right the first time! What’s worse is I paid them a tip because I enjoy coming here but that went down the drain! You need to triple or quadruple check to make sure they got your order right or else you’ll be left with paying extra and not getting what you want.
I love how quickly the move through every customer, while being friendly. I finally tried the Acai bowl and it was delicious! I had it with the added honey this time. SO GOOD!☺️ I'll try it without honey the next time, just to see.
