The service is ABSOLUTELY great in here! We got the Taro milkshake with boba, and it was a pleasant treat. It was a little more icy than creamy, so more ice cream would've been appreciated. Maybe next time. The staff made us smile and that is rare these days. It's a nice and clean spot with quick moving staff.

The shop looks clean. They have good variety of drinks. I do like their Açaí bowls. Service is usually good but sometimes the cashiers seam inpatient. Overall it's a good place. Will be back but the prices are on a high side. Wish it was cheaper so I would feel better going there more frequent.

I work in this shopping center so I'm usually there. But when I have had Boba Time it's always been fresh and tasty. It gets busy at times since it's the only business in the area that offers drinks like these.

My order was taken pretty fast and it was done quickly as well. But I wasn't aware that I had to show my mobile app before I paid to earn my points. (haven't been in for a while) When I asked how I can go about adding my points to my loyal card, she immediately shut me down saying that I should've shown my mobile app first with an attitude.Instead of focusing on me who was the only customer at that time, she kept on talking with her coworkers about some drama in her personal life. I will not be coming to this location again.
