I just want to say this jack in the box is the worst one I've ever been too they have the worst customer service I have ever had. I went there and I always order this I order a large strawberry shake with bolba and they always do it but today the lady was so rude to me cause I said I always get it she's like not here u never come but I know where I always go to get it at

Not only this location is the dirtiest in the SFV, the service here is the rudest. It's dark early in the morning, this lady not only rude, she through the bag with food into my car, and slammed her window before I could ask for a straw.

Great place for quick bite. Love the two for one dollar tacos and the Carmel ice coffee.
Worst one in the valley. Don't even know why i gave it another try. Learned my lesson though. The one on Sherman way at coldwater 1000 times better. Both service and quality.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Jack-in-the-Box. This is not the first time this has happened to me here at this location, but this time it was a different person. It was a lady running the drive-through but also helping the front they did look busy, but she was definitely rude. You can tell she was not having a great day but was ignoring me when I was trying to ask for some sauce I patiently waited as another employee noticed they decided to step in and help. I filed a complaint. I hope something has been done. I am still waiting to hear back. From corporate, I also will be contacting the BBB
