Update Went again and this time got their two piece spicy chicken joy. Comes with gravy, a side, pie and drink. Chicken was tasty and juicy especially the drumstick. The gravy on the chicken was delicious. Mash potatoes are okay.
Original review Ordered the chicken sandwich combo using the website. Wanted to try Jollibees since I’ve heard rave reviews about it. It was kind of a letdown. Probably because I ordered an hr before closing but still. The chicken in the sandwich was dry and semi rubbery. The fries were semi soggy and they almost forgot my mango peach pie. The pie was probably the only redeeming item along with the pink lemonade. I would probably go back but when the restaurant is busy and food is fresh off the fryer.

I always take to go, and they always mess up my order. I order spaghetti with a side drum spicy. And then I get home it’s regular come on. I took a bite and it wasn’t even spicy . Smh.

Food was great and service was really good too. The spicy chicken was flavorful and juicy, easily the best fried chicken I've had from a fast food spot. The mango peach pie was awesome. The spaghetti was surprisingly good. I'd definitely go back!
I haven't been to this restaurant in years. Im not sure if they changed their recipe for their fried chicken as it is as jucylicious and tenderliscious as it has always been, just a lot more bland. The spicy fried chicken tastes as spot on as I remember it

I give them a one star because of price and the fact they do not sell whole wings and breasts is a turn off. Don't nobody get full off a thigh and a leg. They have to reconfigure their prices and check their comps. I give 4 stars for the spicy chicken, it is good. But people cant afford to eat off flavor alone. If I can go to Ralph's and great a deal such as a breast, wing, thigh and leg for $5.99. Why in the world would I pay $10 for a small tender lil leg and thigh and small plate of syrupy spaghetti, which is not good. They sell 3 legs and three thighs for basically $20. How often do they think regular folks with bills gonna eat there at that price? By that same logic I can buy 12 pieces all sizes for $16 and use the rest to buy and cook sides to feed the whole family for under what it cost them to feed two people. After the hype settles down they'll realize. Their price point is being undercut by most places that sell really good chicken too. Hell I can go to Popeyes and get the two of the 2 piece specials for $7-$8 bucks. When the price matches the quantity I'll be back because its real good and always hot and super spicy. Please fire your marketing team and revise your prices to match your demographic.
