I had a craving for Filipino Spaghetti, but I was disappointed that the portion sizes are much smaller, it was dry, and lacked flavor. The price would've been justified if the servings were slightly larger.
The service was not great. Sure, the cashiers are polite. However, everyone moved in snail pace. There was no urgency in which they attempted to fulfill the orders. There's so many staff, but it seemed like they were mainly there to socialize with each other. There were only 2 patrons ahead of me in line, yet it took nearly 20 minutes for one regular order of spaghetti to come out for my to-go order.
Every time I come to this Jollibee, tables are dirty with crumbs and food remnants. That day was not an exception. Between the 15 people they have on shift in the kitchen and front counter, looks like they forgot to staff the dining room with someone with a wash cloth at least.
In summary, I'm saddened that the food and service no longer resembles the Jollibee I used to love going to as a child years ago. Here's hoping that they can improve again someday.
OMG the line is super long today on Thanksgiving day since they turned off the online ordering!!! I rather have Jollibee fried chicken vs turkey 🤣
