Do not come here on Thursday for their popusa special, even if u order ahead of time they will take 3plus hours any order after 2pm they will tell you it will be ready at 5pm or 6pm and once you arrive they make another list at the register. So what was the point of calling and placing an order?
They go based on the list of the people present not by the order of the phone. The lady's at the register are fairly nice but they seem stressed because they get all the blame of the slow service even though its the cooks in the back and the managers fault (the manager is lazy and just walks around getting his agua Fresca instead of helping his staff then walk back to his office doing nothing.)
Besides Thursday because of the special I can't comment on the rest of the week im sure its a better experience...
As reference I've done 5 orders different weeks and all 5 instances were extremely bad experiences and slow service.

I’ve visited this place twice, and unfortunately, I had the same disappointing experience both times. The staff at the register and those interacting with customers come across as very rude and unprofessional, which makes the overall experience unpleasant. The food is decent, but the service really takes away from it. Management should seriously consider better training for their staff. Go at your own risk.
