I bought beef rib with rice and salad, but I called it inedible, it was burnt on the outside and red on the inside, hard as rubber and the food was cold, it hurts my money, I had to look for food elsewhere

I went to buy some pupusas and some fried yucas. The place looks like a street food diner, maybe it's not even up to par with fast food. Large tables with many chairs, I don't know if they are violating any city code in case of an emergency and being able to get out of there due to the size of the shared tables and chairs. The service, well, leaves a lot to be desired, I don't know why they hire people who offer such bad service, no kindness, even yelling at the customers. Not even the slightest greeting, much less a friendly face or a thank you at the end. Service similar or worse than that offered by Salvadoran dining rooms in general, in the old style, poorly approached. I don't understand how an establishment owner doesn't have vision and gives zero importance to hiring people who have knowledge of how to treat their customers. Without clients there is no business, it's that simple. People buy there out of nostalgia for being Salvadorans but under these conditions it is better to stay home and not have a bad time. They also gave me the wrong order and I realized it even when I got home. I don't think I will return or recommend this place, every day it goes from bad to worse.

Terrible service, the workers are arrogant, angry without charisma, we have been waiting for our order for 20 minutes, and there are not many people, when I went to ask what happened with the order the woman with faces told me that it was almost there, and she didn't even take the time to go see!!
The truth is there are many very delicious things but the service leaves a lot to be desired. They serve you as if they are doing you a favor. The staff is not very arrogant.

After ordering tacos and being asked to wait 15-18 mins for them (which I didn’t mind) my tacos sat on the counter for about 7 minutes. Multiple workers acknowledged them reading the tickets but none passed them out until a cashier that was arriving finally called out the name. Of course, they were cold. If you are going to have me waiting almost 20 minutes I expect them to be warm.
