ZERO STARS! You HAVE to order through a kiosk even though they have two people standing around near the cash register doing absolutely nothing .The prices have gone up.Its dirty inside,rude employees and you can't get refills.They also allow none service dogs inside if someone gets bite sue McDonalds.Take your business elsewhere like I did.

Just finished getting back the online hours are wrong they close the dining area at 8:00 went to Popeyes instead not coming back to this McDonald's,if you really want to eat at a McDonald's theirs one up the street that's dinning area is open later.

I’m a local here this place has change thru the year unfortunately they run low on a lot of stuff but willing to make it up sometimes throw a complimentary item I do believe some need training I see that the supervisor do the work them and struggles

You know, I have much to say, but not going to criticize anyone. Employees do their best, and there's no such thing as a perfect workplace/employee/customer.It's a cool place, but I don't see it as kid friendly.They need to remodel and add a playground. Would be awesome! Also watch out for drive thru cars when walking out the restaurant, sometimes they don't stop or look around. So be careful!Parking: Parking is limited, but plenty, just be mindful when parking by the Drive thru lane, when leaving out.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes!

The restaurant is considered somewhat dirty, as are the tables.
Today 01/31 I ordered via uber eat two double big macs and when I got my delivery. The paper receipt said two double big macs but there were only 2 regular big macs. Shame on them for taking my money and giving me something cheaper!!

They had nothing. I wanted to order 2 cokes, but they said the machine was down, and I could only order a frap or bottle water. I ordered some fries, but they were so salty that it burned my tongue that I had to throw them away. Just to get my 2 fries from drive thru took almost 5 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this location. I had tried this location a few years ago as I was passing by, and the food was just as bad. The fries were so crunchy, and my cheese burgers, the cheese wasn't melted and still cold. I gave it a 2nd chance and was disappointed again. Won't visit this place again.

I ordered through the app and the only available pick-up was through the drive through. I patiently waited in the slow line at the drive-through. When I got to the speaker to place my order, I noticed that there was a buy one get one for a dollar deal on one of the sandwiches that I ordered, specifically the fillet o fish. I asked if I could still get the filet o fish sandwich for a dollar since I ordered one. They attempted to charge me for a full price so I told him that I was just gonna drive up the second window to explain it to them. The guy who was handing me my food, asked me if I wanted that extra fish sandwich. I told him I do but for the deal that they have, which is a buy one get the second one for a dollar and not the full price. he told me that I couldn't get it for a dollar because I already paid through the app. I told him that it wasn't advertised on the app and I didn't know until I got to their menu outside the drive-through. I asked if I could cancel the order then re-order so I can use the deal. He said that he didn't even know how to do that and that Im just gonna have to take the order as is. I asked if they could make an exception in having me pay for the extra sandwich for a dollar as stated on the deal. He said no. I politely asked if he could ask the manager and he rolled his eyes while shaking his head towards his colleagues. He supposedly went to speak to the manager and the supposed response was a plain no. The manager did not even speak to me personally. I was just told that she said no. I then said ok then he sarcastically said have a good day to me, knowing that it was night time and I was not happy with the outcome. I was more upset of the way they handled the situation. It was bad enough that they were slow at the drive through, then the guy had the audacity to give me attitude when I was just asking for assistance to possibly make an exception since that was the advertised special. I am very disappointed with the way they treated me. I buy there almost everyday, but now it will stop. I usually don't write reviews, but when these people become disrespectful, one will feel obligated to warn others so that they would not experience the same horrible experience I did.They are also always sloppy in wrapping the food. Most of the time, the sandwiches are out of the wrapper. Workers there need to be retrained for food handling and especially for customer service, most especially the night crew! There’s another McDonald’s on Osborne and Woodman Ave. It’s not that far from this location. Try that instead of this location. Maybe there you will get treated better as a customer.
