This place used to be good for customer service, the food was hot and delicious, but since the waitresses left, the service went down the drain. There are only girls with attitude, they don't even ask if you need anything else. A very bad place to eat.

Terrible service, with my family we went to all the tables that were alone dirty, with my husband we started to clean to sit down and they only told us that they would come to clean and they did not arrive, the cashiers and cooks were talking, they did not come to clean or give us We still grabbed the menu, one who told us “I'm with you” never arrived but she did leave the cashier area to greet an acquaintance who was arriving, we didn't order anything we left no one came to serve us, we've already gone to another carbonero that day we decided to go to that one because it is closer to us & we thought it was the same in all of them but we regretted it. It was on Sunday the 29th in the afternoon

Ordered revuelta pupusas, food was made fresh and tasted delicious. The restaurant had no air conditioning making it uncomfortable to dine in and I do not recommend it with current heat conditions. Last Customer service may benefit from training.
