I've been here twice now... both times, the counter lady was incredibly nice. She made a fresh pot of coffee for me, and they have real Half & Half to put in it. Paired with a raised chocolate donut, I'm a very happy older lady!! Also very fluently bilingual, if that helps. There's a little counter where I can sit or stand, look out the window and write this, too. They get an A+ from me.

This place is wonderful and the customer service is great. Their breakfast sandwiches are top notch, the eggs are not eggbeater nor are they microwaved. Adding avocado is a must and jalapeños on the side is necessary. The coffee is brewed freshly, they have smoothies and assorted drinks. The donut selection could be improved, particularly the addition of the French Cruller, but the donuts they do have are always fresh and taste amazing. I highly recommend adding them to your morning routine.

Oh my goodness! SO GOOD! Fresh croissants, homemade omelets too! Delicious. Kind, courteous staff. I'm here at the nearby hospital, sitting with a relative. I wish I'd discovered this place last week. I could eat every meal from Michelle's.

2 minute read:Quietly nestled, w/i the Northwest corner at the intersection of WOODMAN & ROSCOE (Panorama City), you’ll find a neighborhood doughnut & sandwich shop.I’v patronized two other businesses in that small shopping center and had never gone in to MICHELLE’S DONUTS.Today I decided, since I was hungry, to go in and check them out.Michelle wasn’t there but a busy young man was. I asked him his name. I forgot it.After looking over their menu, I opted for a Pastrami Sandwich on a croissant. Faster than I could sp?t, the sándwich was made. I also saw some delicious looking donuts, so I selected five. They were bigger than at other donut shops.Let me tell you, be a better person. When you c? a small business, go in and see if you can buy something catching your ?️’s.The employees, the Owner and the local economy will smile on you??? ??

SEPT 4 2022 - I went to the 11AM church service nearby on Roscoe. It was over at 12:30 and I needed to be at a newly acquired job at 2PM. Thought I’d stop here for XL coffee and donut. I arrive with my own hot thermos to put the coffee in it. Appx 40yr old Hispanic donut lady offers me if ok to put coffee in thermos. I said no. She makes a fresh new pot. I ask for half n half and receive quart of it. She then fills my XL cup up to about 1.25” from the top. I ask her if she could please fill it up. She says NO saying she left room for the cream. I reply I only need very small amount and to PLEASE fill my coffee. She again refuses a 2nd & 3rd time then walks away to the private back room. We were alone. I’m stunned and simply want my coffee so l follow her to ask yet again would you please fill my coffee and l get same response. Adding she will call police. I say that’s fine I’ll get the coffee myself. I grab the pot. Walk back to front ordering area. Proceed to pour my own coffee to the top when she suddenly grabbed my XL coffee cup and quickly dumped its hot contents onto both my hands burning both. I’m now screaming inside! Shocked! Stunned! And instantly deciding not to counterattack I chose to dump her full pot of coffee onto the counter and then tipped over the cream dumping entire quart of cream on floor and quickly left with hands on fire. Kinda. No time to do citizens arrest. Then I went to Starbucks on Sherman Way next to 170 and ordered another coffee. While there I use restroom & ran cold water onto my burning hands. Luckily the coffee wasn’t boiling hot. When I arrived to work l tried calling police and tried filing police report. Only managed to leave Detailed message. They returned call leaving message. I filled battery charges to LAPD and reported to Better Business Bureau. & Yelp. Plus Filing Lawsuit. I’m writing this at 12:08AM as I’m just returning from work and need some detailed record of incident. I’m a life long resident of L.A. grew up on Roscoe Blvd and went to high school at St Genevieve graduating in 1974. I’m a 67 year old senior on Medicare. Never been treated so incredibly badly by anyone. Especially over a cup of coffee. This woman is dangerous.

Good selection of sandwiches, donuts, bagels, and drinks (coffee, smoothies, boba, etc.)

The donuts are amazing in this place, unfortunately they don't have enough, it almost seems as though this business purchases the donuts from another seller and sells it at a different rate.seems like he business makes 20 donuts for the entire day.

I've been enjoying their coffee for a long time. Their bagels are delish, salads good too. Just be careful because they're starting with the price gouging. AZ tea can says .99 cents the gal rang it up at $2.00! Watch your wallets! Oh! And they charge for the little individual creamers when you buy coffee!

It’s alright, they asked if I wanted an espresso shot in my drink and I was like ya sure why not. But didn’t tell me I had to pay extra for it. Then my cappuccino was sour like funky
