Food here is pretty affordable despite the flavor and quality, in my opinion could be better . Other then that.. I'd say the quality is fairly compared to yoshinoya. But even so yoshinoya is better .

The workers here are really bad they clearly don’t like their jobs. Like attitude problems and everything imagine how they treat the food, probably have roaches and mice in this nasty place. I will spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere!

I had the Beef Teriyaki, it was delicious, tender, flavorful and incredibly well portion.
I know this is just mall fast food, but it's seriously disappointing, especially now that the Chinese food place at Panorama has closed up shop. I've eaten from here before and the quality took a major nosedive.Their "chicken teriyaki" is just chicken coated in a very generic brown sauce that doesn't taste at all like teriyaki. The fried rice was way too soggy, like they had used up too much soy sauce. The vegetables were the only somewhat decent part but that is not saying much because you can tell they had been left to steam for too long.Just save your money and eat at anywhere else.

Food wasn’t presented as advertised. The posters for shrimp show about 15-20 on the plate. The end result was 7 whole shrimp. The teriyaki sauce is supposed to be sweet but it tastes like brown gravy. That is it that’s all!

This place is nasty as f........not sure why a line Had the beef and shrimp The shrimp are size of a nickel And they only gave 3 pieces. The beef is unchewable and full of fat And grease. The owner is like a hawk watching the workers to make sure they don't give an extra grain of greasy rice. I ask for a hot sauce 75 cents I asked for an extra plate Also wanted 75 cents Dam even want to charge for a napkin All thumbs down

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE … gave me the wrong order!!! even tho I clearly said shrimp and yes to shrimp.. I understand its pretty loud cause of the sizzling but they could have at least accommodated me and change my order since its the same price. NEVER AGAIN! There are a lot of similar stores like this thats way better.

They Do Not Cover the food they just have it wide open ! I was so happy just 5 min ago, until I put my fork through the lettuce picked it up and there was a big black mosquito type in it before reaching my mouth ! I do not recommend i came in at 10:50am so i can only imagine how many more flys or mosquitoes touch that food ! DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING UNLESS THEY HAVE CLEAR DISPLAY FOOD COVERS . I returned my food and got my money back . Good Luck !
