Nunca me habían hecho sentir tan mal cómo aquí en este restaurante y yo teniendo más de 10 años de venir aquí con toda mi familia a partir de hoy ellos pierden varios clientes por su ignorancia, ridiculez y falta de ética, Yo invité a mi hija que venía de lejos a visitarme llegamos a este lugar y estaba desolado completamente y nos sentamos en una mesa de 4 sillas y cuál fue nuestra sorpresa que la mesera nos dijo que si solo éramos dos personas que nos teníamos que mover a una mesa de de dos sillas y Yo le dije que alli estábamos más cómodas y ella insistió que nos teníamos que mover y Yo le dije que porqué? si el restaurante estaba vacío y ella replicó que esa era la póliza del restaurante y Yo le contesté que fuera entendible si el restaurante estuviera lleno pero que estaba vacío y ella seguía diciendo lo mismo, nosotras por teléfono ya habíamos ordenado la comida para adelantar un poco porque alli se tardan un mundo para servir y le dije que si no podíamos quedarnos cómodas en una mesa un poco más grande que entonces íbamos a cancelar la comida y era bastante grande la orden porque aparte de comer allí íbamos a llevar comida a casa pues la señorita agarró los menús y dijo ok está bien. Entonces le dije a mi hija que lo sentía mucho por ese mal momento que nos hicieron pasar y nos fuimos a otro Restaurante que allí realmente valió la pena llegar Estas personas prefirieron perder su venta y perder lo más valioso muchos clientes porque toda mi familia ya no llegará mucho menos Yo.

I just passed by this place thinking about having a good chicken breast but they served me a breast that had no flavor at all. The flavor of the soup was very rich but they gave me a cup of soup, there wasn't even any left, much less that soup filled me up. chicken The breast had nothing SaSon I hope they learn to harass I do not recommend this place They have nothing Salvadoran

I always come here to eat, but this time was a horrible experience. We were told we couldn’t dine in, but there were people barely sitting getting the menu. We already know the usual order we get. If dine in stops at a certain time, there should be a sign in place stating so. I’ve come later before and still been attended well. I drive 25min to get here just because the food and service is always good. But this time I ended up leaving with bad service and no food.

mal servicio, son despotas, pedantes, el dueno es de lo peor, las meseras, atienden mas a los borrachos, el negocio alli es de liquor, no es un restaurante familiar , cuando una familia llega y creen que n van a consumir liquor, no los atienden ni les dan el menu, la comida en realidad no es ni muy buena para lo que vale, es mejor ir a un restaurant de prestigio a lli es mas como una barra, yo les daria menos una estrella, pero como no existe menos estrella, le doy una no se merecen nada despotas!!!!!!!!!.

I've been coming here for years and order take out almost every weekend. However, I just ordered take out and not only did they get my order wrong... they refused to help me in the beginning AND they had me pay the difference of THEIR mistake. The lady answering the phone was overall extremely rude so please if you want Salvadorian food, go anywhere else but here. Their overpriced food is not worth it given their horrible customer service. They just lost a long time customer.
The pupusas are very delicious, the fresh food is delicious and the waitresses are very pretty.

I been coming here for years. The food always good. But they take so so Long to give your food. Even when you call with time ahead. Now I bought seviche not good, no salt empty I paid like $50 for two of them. No limon no Chile nothing. I been trying to reach the manager he never answered. Very bad, I hope no one buys them food here. They don't care about customers here

Came here with my grandmother, who has been coming here for over 5 years, only to be told to move seats from her favorite spot (by the window). The restaurant was empty, much space everywhere! Shocked and surprised, we both just left to another restaurant, we are not returning and hope anyone with some self respect doesn't return either. Vine aquí con mi abuela, que ha estado viniendo aquí durante más de 5 años, solo para que me dijeran que cambiara los asientos de su lugar favorito (junto a la ventana). El restaurante estaba vacío, ¡mucho espacio por todos lados! Conmocionados y sorprendidos, ambos nos fuimos a otro restaurante, no regresaremos y esperamos que nadie con algo de respeto por sí mismos tampoco regrese.
