Bad customer service! Bad experience! Asked for a yellow vanilla raspado. The lady gave me a grayish looking raspado. I asked if it was vanilla, she said yes. And gave me a whole story that only the park raspados are yelling... I asked oh so you guys don't use food coloring? And this is vanilla?? She said yes. I tried it and the tast was cheap sweet and said , I don't think this is it.. THEN she says ohhh the other one.. I understand mistakes happen and I gave back the one she made wrong and asked for the one I originally ordered.. HER reply was that she would need to CHARGE me for a new one!!!!! What! You are not going to charge me for your mistake and an other one!! I left. I called later to speak to a manager. She was not in, so I asked for the cashier's name and the cashier that made the wrong order and now on the phone with me does NOT want to give me her name and has a bad attitude... never going here again!!
Waiting a long time for them not to have change for 4 raspados, I wasted my time with them
Dawmmmm …. Now it’s pricy…. $10 for a raspado y CRAZY and ridiculous. It’s just hielo…. Still good flavor but think it twice…. If you have a family of $4…. Expect $40 for raspados…. Won’t come back since for that price, even STARBUCKS IS CHEAPER AND AT LEAST IS “status”
The prices for a raspado are tremendously ridiculous ! I Was there yesterday 6/8/2025 $10 per raspado, and they don’t fill it up to the top . I use to come a lot before they had these ridiculous pricing . Not anymore for those prices! It’s just ice people !!!!! I could have bought dinner for my family instead !

Service was ok but one of the worst esquites I’ve ever had. Please don’t get an esquite from here, the corn kernels were chewy like hominy kernels. I had two bites and had to throw it away. Waste of money!
The Esquite was so hard and cold with a lot of limon. Also the prices in the screen and the price they charge are different I thought that was false advertisement. First and last time we ever buy here
Cafe de olla is the worst it’s old and warmed up in the microwave, I didn’t even get my money back. Don’t have it on the menu if you’re not gonna do it, right.
