I wouldn't give this place stars at at all. Absolutely disgusting unbelievable, this place use to be the place to go to now it sucks. I'm so disgusted there was pieces of nails in my lemonade. It makes me think what the hell do they put on the food. It's so scary. I can't believe how this place has gone downhill. I'm in shocked right now. I can't believe there was nails in my drink!!!! The customer service is so horrible, don't go here save yourself. Everything was so unpleasant.

I remember liking this place a few years back...then, I happened to be in the area a couple of weeks ago so I decided to stop by for bite. Boy was I wrong. I should have kept driving. First impression as you enter, is how dirty this place looks - This place could really use a good cleaning. I didn't experience any of the bad customer service other reviewers have experienced that day but what I did experience was horrible food! I never thought it would be possible to mess up a simple "quesadilla de asada" but they managed to do it. The tortilla barely had any cheese on it and the carne asada meat was either drenched in lime or was just plain spoiled! Either or, it tasted disgusting! I took two bites and thru the rest out! I tried covering up the taste with their salsa (which they're extremely stingy with) and that didn't work. Will never be back!

If you are gonna close the register near the front door why are you gonna hire employees who talk and won't even pay attention to costumers walking in?I walk in and left without purchasing NOTHING.

I ordered two chicken flautas, and it usually comes topped with lettuce, crema, avocado salsa and queso Cotija. And it had none of that!

My favorites: the chicken burrito and the chicken torta, both of which were excellent, and huge! My friends and I go there often, and they have also enjoyed what they've ordered. I especially like their green salsa. You order and pay, then wait for them to call you. You can watch them make your food. The staff has always been very friendly and they fix your food quickly.

It's because of places like this that the street taco scene is blowing up. Ordered an Al-Pastor burrito and the first bite was all tortilla. $10 for a skinny burrito? Come on man. I can go to any of the local street vendors and get a fully stuffed burrito for the same price... if not less! I try to support small businesses and brick & mortars but places like this make it difficult to do. Definitely not going back.

You'll find this restaurant nestled on Van Nuys Blvd next to the LA Kings Valley Ice Rink. Sometimes, a nice authentic Mexican meal is just what you need after a hockey game. It took me awhile to try this place out, based on the mid reviews on Yelp. Be forewarned: the menu is all in Spanish and the employees for the most part, do not speak English. So there may be a language barrier if you don't speak or understand some Spanish. On my last visit, I ordered the shredded beef flauta. For $3.49, it comes with one, but with all the toppings (shredded lettuce, pico de Gallo, and sour cream). I really enjoyed it. I wish I could've gotten another one! The rest of my family ordered carne Asada burritos. They were a bit on the small side, but tasted good. They were also pricey at $9.99 each for something that looked like a snack burrito. Overall, this place wasn't bad. I gave it an extra star for the flavor. And my kid had accidentally spilled his horchata all over the floor, and one of the employees was quick to come and help clean up without looking upset. I'd visit again if I were craving Mexican food and don't want to drive far from the rink.
