I placed an order for a small Medicine Ball about 16 minutes before I spoke with a barista. The cashier who helped me was very kind and even offered me water, which I accepted. However, when my order was called, I was only given the water, not the tea I had ordered.
I waited about 20 minutes, assuming my drink was just delayed, while watching several other customers order and receive their drinks right away. Eventually, I went to the counter to ask, and only then was I given my tea—which had apparently been sitting there the entire time. The staff did not acknowledge the delay or inconvenience.
This experience was disappointing, as it felt unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. I truly enjoy Starbucks normally, but this visit has made me reconsider coming back to this location.

Such a cute Starbucks. It reminds me of the vibe that Starbucks had back in 2010. Very nostalgic and cozy. Jaz took my order and she was so sweet. Very real. Super yummy drinks too. My mom is super particular about her drink and she loved it. I saw either a trainer or a manager. I didn’t catch his name. He had a beanie, wire glasses, and some tags around his neck. He was very welcoming and kind

I’ve been really enjoying the new Iced Horchata Shaken Espresso—I’ve ordered it three times already from two different Starbucks near where I live, and each time it was full, delicious, and exactly what I expected.
However, today I visited this location while shopping at GAP and had a very different experience. The male barista who made my drink didn’t fill it up all the way. I asked to add oat milk, which I usually do myself when oat milk is available on the counter—but this store didn’t have it out. When I asked, he told me I needed to say “extra oat milk” when ordering.
I explained that I’ve been ordering the same drink and it’s always been full, but he responded by saying something about how it’s a “shaken espresso.” His tone came off dismissive, and overall the customer service just didn’t feel welcoming.
I really love this new drink, but this location didn’t deliver the experience I’ve come to expect from Starbucks. A little consistency and better communication would go a long way
