I went to the drive thru to get a venti Brwn sugar espresso during my lunch time - long line but I still waited in line cause I really wanted one. One taste and it was yuk to the taste and a waste of my dollar - I need a refund Starbucks

The service and attitude of this place is the reason why I will never return. You can't remake a drink you're all Starbucks you're all the same corporation. That doesn't make sense. Any other Starbucks remakes drinks. But to top it off the attitude that is here I will never return.I will take my money elsewhere. The staff needs a re-evaluation as well as an attitude adjustment or maybe classes on proper customer service. Like we get it you don't like people they irritate you. Ok, so then, change your career because you're definitely in the wrong industry of servicing the public. Corporate should look into secret shoppers.

I came in today at 5:00 I ordered three tall drinks I always ask for no whipped cream and no foam on my white hot mocha and there was whipped cream I asked for a tray and they didn't have no trade I burned my hand with my coffee they were too busy on their phone complaining about something about 5:30 gross and dirty everything was dirty in there nobody was smiling nobody was friendly

I thought it was my idea, every day they make the drinks worse, they don't put enough syrup, much less strawberries in a drink called "Strawberry Acai Lemonade" adding at an extra cost rapeseed pearls, which they also didn't have and they still charged me the full cost for the drink, it's not the first time I buy and I had noticed how poorly prepared they are, and still the person at the window tells me we don't have any more, without at least putting in a little more syrup or some method of courtesy.

Bad service, no. They give good service. Sometimes they charge my drink at 5:30 am, but it's been three times that they give me bad service. I always buy the White chocolate mocha and they end up giving me the white hot chocolate and I told them. I didn't ask for that, I want it with the mocha and they always end up saying no, that's what I asked for and one of them is called Evelyn because I'm late, I was late for work, I called the store and one of the managers didn't even apologize Stop, they don't believe you, I won't come back, they don't make the drinks as you ask for, what a disappointment, I think their employees need training on how to prepare them and treat customers...Bad service ?

Very bad service in this place they deny you a glass with ice especially a girl with slanted eyes who wears a scarf on her head today I ordered 6 drinks and I asked for 2 glasses with ice and literally she said no and closed the window that's fine ?
