I ordered a Caramel Macchiato and a Chai Tea Latte, but both drinks tasted really bad. They were basically just hot milk with no real flavor. This isn’t the first time this has happened in this location, please be a little professional and use some flavor and coffee as well instead of just giving people warm milk.

Andie has terrible customer service that kid has a terrible attitude in drive through I was mid way placing my order and she walked away said YOU CAN STAYYY RIGHT HERE and went inside to say I called her all kinds of name and someone else came out and said he was shift leader and denied service because the little girl andie said a whole story if she can’t deal with a simple job at Starbucks to take an order for what she’s paid to do maybe she should consider getting an actual education so she can have proper life skills

Went through the drive through with my daughter and the girl taking orders was rude and the girl at the window gave me the wrong order, my drink was water down and the cake pops where smashed.

Very very rude and horrible customer service these people that work here will try to make you feel dumb and on top of that they dont even know how to make the drinks!!!

How do you deny a water when a customer has been waiting in line for 15-20 in the drive through? Your reader was broken and thats understandable, I could not get out due to having cars behind me and in front. I did not have money on hand. But all I asked for was water, not a free drink. Think, do not stick to a manual and hide behind protocols.

Pretty high energy location. Polite, friendly, hospitable, and precise.
However, I think they shouldn’t be blasting Latin music back-to-back like it’s their backyard. If you’re serving a diverse community of people (we are not ALL Latin) it may be best to mix up the music to serve your customers better.

This Starbucks has amazing customer service always clean always gets my order ready once I’m there for my pick up. Angie and Michelle has been nothing but great. It’s so great to go into a Starbucks and they already know your order. 10 out of 10 recommend even their drive-through process is very fast in and out within five minutes

I drove up to Drive True, no one approached the machine, secondly, I was in a hurry, when I drove up to the window, one woman came out named either Tila or Mila (I don’t remember her name, but she had thin eyebrows and false eyelashes), she started being rude to me, didn’t write off my bonuses, and when I asked for a straw, she just said no and rudely closed the window and pretended that she didn’t understand my English, emphasizing that I was a foreigner. Then I honked the horn and another girl gave me a straw. What kind of rude attitude towards a customer is this? Why does a Starbucks employee behave like this? Or has she forgotten the rule that the customer is always right? Terrible service, I think such an employee should be fired and I will achieve this, since this is a Starbucks near my house, I want to drink coffee without rude treatment!

I was waiting for a couple minutes for anyone to take my order. James went out his way to help me while he was taking orders on the drive thru. He was very ecstatic and greeted me with a smilee. Even when the environment is busy he still makes the effort to help. While i was waiting for order i’ve noticed a lot of communication with this team and how they each have each others back!

Very good team and we need more people like this in the service industry!

The Saturday morning crew at this location is the best! They are always so cheerful and full of positive energy. Stephanie at the drive-thru is especially friendly — she brings that Chick-fil-A level of customer service with her upbeat attitude. I rarely tip or have a memorable drive-thru experience at any Starbucks, but I do every Saturday morning here.
