This has to be one of the most inconsistent Starbucks I’ve been to. Sometimes the drinks are okay, but 5/10 I’ve been given a drink that should never be sold. I’m a simple guy, iced shaken espressos and what not.They are either not measuring right, not shaking it enough for it to blend well, but at times it looks like the coffee is oil and the milk is water because they don’t mix. Ends up being a bitter mess.Today I ordered a iced lavender latte and it was blue/purple at the bottom, with some white powder… i had to ask them to remake it, the barista even knew it was unacceptable. Edit: the remade drink is solidIt’s unfortunate that this is the only Starbucks between home/work.Do better Starbucks.

It’s located in decent spot but the homeless use the tables outside way too much. With all the clinics, offices and the hospital down the street this place will have a life wait between 7am-9am and again around 12-2pm and 4-6

I am a honest person. I was double charged. Lady said it was didn't go thought so she charge me again I check my account four days later and found it was. the manger told me has no record of it and said I need to call corporate and they blew me off.

Had no issues with coming to this place until some fat white girl tonight wanted to talk to my boyfriend crazy and not serve him the drinks he already paid for. Not our fault you hate your job, clean up that messy attitude. Keep talking crazy like that to people and see where it gets

Don't order the blonde expresso roast because they will give you regular espresso and overcharge you. Wasted about $60 on drinks I couldn't drink because they can't follow my customization on the order. Didn't have time to go back and get it fixed either so ended up being a total waste.

Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 7AM was the first time I visited this Starbucks. I was cordially treated by the barista who took my order and served me quickly.All of the employees were working quickly and tentative to the drive thru customers as well the ones who were coming inside.Very clean, quiet, lots of space, plenty of seating, and a nice view outside. Restrooms are very clean which is a huge influence on my rating. There are tables outside with plenty of seating and it's in a safe place.I would recommend this Starbucks.I would like to add that I noticed some negative reviews as result of honest mistakes and I don't believe that's fair.Sometimes orders are not what we expected or they are wrong. It's happened to me in several places and they were honest mistakes but that does not warrant a negative review.I would like to encourage everyone to expect mistakes and if they occur, then give the baristas a chance to make it right and then post a review about that.Kid-friendliness: Small chairs with a low table is available.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of access on two sides that make it very easy to get in and through the front doors.
I'm not a coffee fan, but girls working that day changed my mind. Absolutely yummy

The staff is very rude. not welcoming at all. I'm not coming back here. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've ever had at any Starbucks they're usually known for being polite and friendly. If you want to experience that, do not come here

They do not respect the schedules, the waitress began to pick up the chairs and ask us to leave the place because they would close and in the schedules she said that the closing was at 10/30 and it was 9. The waitress said that she only received orders from the manager.

IT WAS RAINING I ALMOST CRASHED MY CAR IN THE RAIN FOR THIS. I ORDERED A LATTE AND I GOT A TEA WHAT THE FLIP ? I DONT EVEN THINK THAT WHAT THEY GAVE ME WAS IN THE MENU ITS A WHOLE NEW DRINK. THEY JUST POURED HOT BOILING WATER AND MILK AND CALLED IT A DAY. I TOOK A SIP AND ALMOST CRASHED MY CAR !! IF YOU WANNA COME HERE DRIVE THE OTHER WAY ‼️‼️
