This subway is located in the mall near Walmart. Came here to buy my son a personal pizza. When I got my order my son took a bite and it was still frozen. Good thing I didn't take it home. Went back and told them so they made a new order and the same thing happen again. I told them can I just get a sandwich at this point. The employee offered to do just that plus a refund but then said instead if a refund we will give a bag of chips and a drink. My son amd I already have a drink so I told them a refund willwork. . They processed my refund. Im Glad they were able to fix the issue but it eas an irritating situation.
Terrible, found hair in my sandwich and brought the sandwich back to employees, instead of apologizing she told her co-worker to search the sandwich with bare hands to find a piece of hair when they found it, red head girl acted like nothing happened, terrible service

Too bad it turns out that I ordered an order on the internet and when Hiba went to pick it up they canceled my order and when I call to ask why they didn't refund my money they tell me that they never took my order and not even the money now they just make excuses for me.
