TA:CO is NOT open during business hours! Went there yesterday (Saturday) during supposed open hours and although the "TA:CO" sign is still up on the building, the brick and mortar location seems to be under construction with brown paper and blue tape wrapped around the windows. There was no sign or notice on the door. In addition their website is down too. Not sure how to post this without adding a star unfortunately. I cannot give it any stars since I couldn't try food but I also can't post this without giving it a rating.

Don't order through 3rd party apps. I ordered the vegan tacos and they assumed my entire order was vegan and modified it in that way. What I got was nice flavors, but I'm pretty disappointed that none of my items had any toppings, I just got plain beans, corn, and cauliflower.

This place has a lot of potential but we had a few unfortunate things in our order a couple days ago. 1. The fish tacos: these were fried so much that the fish was totally decimated. It was like jerky -- so hard to eat. The flavors were good, but it was super dry. Also in one of our boxes of 3 tacos, they only gave 2 tortillas. 2. The shrimp ceviche: literally only 1 or 2 shrimps cut into tiny bits in the entire serving. It was mostly tomatoes, cilantro, and onions. It felt like they ran out of shrimp and didn't bother saying anything. The flavor was ok, but could've used more lime. Kept trying to find shrimp and it was SO DIFFICULT bc there was barely anything. 3. The pickup service: we ordered ahead through door dash, and it was projected to take 40 minutes, so we got there 40 minutes from when we ordered and they hadn't even started making our meal. We had to stand and wait for 25 minutes while they put it all together. Hopefully things improve and this wasn't just a fluke, but for a $80 meal, this should've been way better.

First time trying and I’m disappointed..Tortillas kept ripping and that’s a big NO.. (use two tortillas).The meat was burnt and the shrimp was ok. The onion and cilantro had a weird taste. The presentation was nice but I don’t think I’ll eat here again. Hope you take this feedback to improve.
