If I could give zero stars I would. Maybe don't advertise you're open til 8 if you're not. We walked in at 7:30 to order something to go and they said "sorry we close at 8" and refused to serve us. Extremely poor customer service and we won't be coming back. We've been coming here for years and were treated poorly. Maybe go to school to learn about customer service cuz this wasn't it. Good riddance. Food was mediocre and ambiance was whatever don't waste your time here, when there are better places around.

Ordered pork ribs bbq last week but rice didn't taste right and the ribs did not come with usual sauce upon tracking home. I'll never Ho back to this place.

Service terrible, food terrible, table wasn't clean, rude to customers. They close at 8 and will attempt to deter you from sitting down at 7:30. Another couple walked in at 7:50, staff didn't tell them they were closed, they let them sit for 5 minutes before they asked. Watched a man ask for a small dipping cup of spicy sauce for his to-go order. They told him no and walked away. He grabbed the entire bottle and walked out of the restaurant with it . The waiter stood in the door yelling at him to come back. Never go back

Average experience. Food is flavorful, service is wonky. Cleanliness is questionable. Otherwise an okay experience for a quick dive. Nothing fancy.

Dietary restrictions: Their variety of menu will give you the option to choose which would go best with your diet. The dishes are well cooked, very appetizing, tastes great and reasonably prized.

I grew up eating the s1 meal and I still love eating it almost 20 years later. The Thai bbq chicken with shrimp fried rice and the sweet chili sauce is elite. Service is usually quick and efficient. The aesthetic of all the Thai bbq restaurants in la look the same and I love it.

My husband and I were looking for a Thai restaurant to eat at so we went here since we had seen it before but never tried it ...so we go in they sit us down ..place was empty BTW just one person and us. So i go to the restroom and they got mad cause I didn't ask to use it I come back and we order and omg worst food ever my husbands chicken was literally raw he tells them they take it back bring it back in 5 minutes and the damn chicken was still raw and my food was burnt and dry so no I don't recommend this place to nobody ..horrible food!!!

This restaurent open until 8 and I was there with my family. Upon entering owner mentioned we are closing at 8. Throw menus in front of us and told us we have 3 minutes for ordering. Very bad service. Who would go and give them business with that much attitude. Reduce your time at website and go home and sleep.

The food is always good here, but the service can be offensive. The server was rude from the moment I walked in. I said we were a party of 3 but that I'll order my drink and appetizer while I wait. He rolled his eyes and threw his hands up. I hadn't even looked at the menu. I quickly glanced through and proceeded to order... when I asked him if the combination fried rice included pork he rolled his eyes again and said 'it has everything.' at this point I just figured this guy is having a bad day. But then he scurried back to the kitchen to tell the cook and the other waitress about how "stupid and foolish" my order was. ( grateful for my Thai friends who taught me the terms to look out for.) The food was good but the service was rude.

Ordered pineapple fried rice and it was burnt and flavorless. Don't go there. Too expensive.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, They literally checked up on every table on how everyone is doing EXCEPT ME because I WAS EATING ALONE and was far from home. The Thai Special Chicken they had I had ordered came RAW with still BLOOD! atleast they replaced it and cooked it somewhat more properly

The food wasn't up to my expectations it tasted very bland . Our waiter was very pushy when no one was in the restaurant so it made us uncomfortable. Overall super pricy and not worth going here again

I assumed that this was part of the Original Thai BBQ, but it's not, at least the food didn't taste the same. We ordered fried wontons and I've never been so disappointed. The wrapper kept breaking and the wontons were super oily. The Pad See Ew was pretty bland, the bbq chicken was too soft that it was melt in your mouth, but not in a good way, and the beef satay was pretty charred. The only thing I enjoyed from our order was the Tom kha. It was flavorful, had great portion of chicken and mushrooms and it was perfect for the weather. The service was not the best and the server kept giving us a face whenever we asked for something. I couldn't tell if he had a question or was just annoyed. The lady was friendlier and nicer, but overall service could use a haul.
