Very ugly. Smell. ;(
The cashier seemed to let me wonder around while she took another call but once I engaged she seemed friendly enough. I got my first live duck, told me it would be 20 minutes, got a warm duck in about 12.
Called and who ever answered the phone clearly said no live poultry.

I do not recommend this business, there is a woman who was with a girl who is the one who charges, and they come annoyingly, I was asking her something and she reluctantly assists the people, which is horrible, the customer service is very bad.
To all the Muslims coming here for to slaughter chickens. These guys are not giving you your ? slaughtered chickens. They give you whatever is ready. If the guy already has some chickens slaughtered then they mix all in feather removal machine? all chickens mix up. I saw it by my eyes and I told the guy why do you mix it he said what is the difference???
I went today and bought 5 chicken ,ask the cashier if she could cut them and she answered No.She said was very busy, there was a few people , but not alot.Customer service wasn't good.
A clean place and the workers are friendly
I came here at 8:00 . I called but the lady said give 20 more minutes. They should open at the time it said in the internet. I like to come here but sometimes. They don't have the chicken ready. Fox example the old chicken. They said wait for the Old chicken it's not ready.

They tend to cheat people who don't know spanish. I asked for a hen and I needed it skin off and cut, they made me wait which is fine. But I heard the cashier call out and say 'chiquita' and I just googled and see that it means small. So if you don't know spanish they tend to be taking advantage of you.
I like to buy the chickens and other things that they sell there
The owner goes out of his way to be helpful, literally holding up the birds to help me choose the best one for my Thanksgiving and it was PERFECT! Super Juicy and you cannot get it any fresher! This was my 3rd year going there and I have yet to be disappointed. If you enjoy Fresh Poultry that is not injected with who knows what...This is the place to go!
