Yesterday I was at the Panorama City Local. Queen, Emily G, offered me a cup to get some water for my headache. I did not tell her I had a headache. She was paying attention. Thanks Emily, I truly needed that cup of water. It may have worked, but I truly believe it was your generosity that made me forget I had a headache!

They always give dark meat instead of white. Last time said I didn’t ask for white. Wouldn’t replace despite the fact I tipped them and they charged me for it.

Once again coming in at 8:17pm. "We dont have enough veggies". Lol! Have about you guys actually provide the food you advertise during the hours you're open. This seems like its a leadership issue to avoid food waste. If so, how about you put the priorities for the customer and provide them with what you advertise on the menu. If you only have veggies or any other food available until 8pm then close at 8pm not 9pm. Last time I left a review here the girl at the front counter even turned off the soda machine before closing and a customer had to ask to turn it back on. SMH. You think the manager that replied to my last review would actually try and fix the issues instead of just putting me off to the waba website. Get better!

The manager and one of the workers are rude and do not treat others fairly, I feel that they shouldn't be acting out and showing unprofessionalism in the work force. I don't appreciate the the way they talk to customers either.

Disappointment Went in with my family Around 7:30ish to purchase a big order Sad to day to decide to dine here the young lady (goth dressed with high platform heel boots) with is concerning definitely boots are not slip resistant nor adequate for food restaurant This young lady didn't acknowledge me or my family we were standing in front 10 mins. We were the only guest there And food delivery person had to get her attention to pick up an order but after that she still gave my family & I her back She was too busy conversating with the cook Decided to leave :(

I went by and decided to check out WaBa Grill besides my supermarket and decided to buy 2 bowls for my Lunch and Dinner.The place was nice and clean, the people was friendly and professional.I tried out the WaBa Bowl for my Lunch, it was delicious. I had the steak for dinner, it was good.

Food was great, the only thing I didn't like was that the employee at the front handling the money emediately went to handle the food and didn't wash her hands and didn't wear gloves, i also notice she served someone else's rice and with her hand she moved the rice to make room then added the vegetables, i will not be going to the waba grill at panorama city, please make sure your employees have proper food handling trainings, this is very gross!!

I love waba grill it cost about $12.22 for the combo plate. Service is quick,and food tastes great.Vegetarian options: They have the plant based ribs now. I tried them and the flavor was good but it's not meat, it's a plant. So my mouth thought it was good tasting,but my brain said it's a plant. It's not meat.

The dumplings are so good here . However the customer service is really bad the Asian ladymean mugs people she don't see fit , or her upper lip stinks like dookie the only reason I came here a second time was the dumplings. never again will I come back here
