Wetzel's Pretzels

I ordered 4 things, a cinnamon pretzel bites, regular pretzel bites, and a regular pretzel plus drink.

Unfortunately, I did not check my bag before I got home.

The Cinnamon pretzels were good okay but hard and chewy, so had been out for a while.

The regular pretzel bites were burnt beyond all recognition, chewy, and hard like they had been out for a long time.

The regular pretzel was undercooked and had to be put in my toaster oven to get it to be cooked.

Since they had so many pretzel items sitting in the heating box and almost no one around the mall, I should have figured something wasn't going to be quite right.

The staff are rude. I hope this place closes down cause the other day I found a dead cockroach on my pretzel so disappointing. Please clean the place at least and stop putting bugs in my food!!! Never Comming here ever again.

I was looking forward to eating a pretzel near by. My son and I received pretzels that were not cooked all the way through, and to top it off the cashier had poor customer service skills and seemed to not care about anything.

They gave out free samples of their Cinnamon Pretzel Bites and Almond Crunch Bites. They were soft, warm and flavorful.

Liz and Connie was an amazing to give us our products.

We called in at around 5:40pm on November 11th to ask what time they closed. The girl who answered the phone had to ask someone and eventually told us 7pm. We placed an order via Postmates for just three items and at 6:15pm, got a notification through the app that our order had been cancelled. I called in to see what the issue was and the girl who answered the phone stated that they do not take orders after 6pm. That’s great, because my order was placed BEFORE 6pm. The girl seemed confused and floundering and then told me that they don’t take Postmates orders period. If that’s the case, remove your location from Postmates. No one should have to call a location twice when ordering food online. I asked if there was a number that I could call so that I could speak to someone about the multiple issues I’ve had placing orders and the girl went to her coworker or manager to ask and loudly complain about the situation without putting the phone on mute. I’m completely fine with going to Auntie Anne’s for my pretzel fix, but for the sake of your business and to avoid similar situations in the future, this location needs to figure out how to take online orders during a pandemic (or remove themselves from Postmates if they’re truly not taking online orders) and the staff needs to be retrained on customer service/ not being rude to someone who was rationally and politely asking them a legitimate question.
