I was looking forward to eating a pretzel near by. My son and I received pretzels that were not cooked all the way through, and to top it off the cashier had poor customer service skills and seemed to not care about anything.

I personally have not visited this location in person, but have on numerous occasions ordered for delivery. So please note that my review is for online ordering. I said numerous occasions with the most recent one today 2/7/23 and they have always delivered fresh, pretzels. My go to are the cinnamon bites, they are just the perfect size to share with your bestie or if you are like me- save half for later ha! I have also ordered the pizza pretzels and today I went with the cheesy dog bites. The staff is very accurate in sending exactly what it's purchase so if you add a sauce or cheese dip on the side I know I will get it. Another thing to mention is the safety they take on delivery orders. My bag was secured by staples so I know no hands touched my food in the process. I am satisfied and recommend this location!

They gave out free samples of their Cinnamon Pretzel Bites and Almond Crunch Bites. They were soft, warm and flavorful.

Really bad customer service We ordered our pretzels and she over charged us so we try to explain to the girl she overcharged us showed us on the receipt she overcharged $10.00 she actually said yes she knows and offered us cheese I'm like cheese is not $10.00 so she said what do you want me to do so I told her our money that we were overcharged for.. She still had a really bad attitude never apologized and just kept rolling her eyes...just ALWAYS ask for your receipt

We called in at around 5:40pm on November 11th to ask what time they closed. The girl who answered the phone had to ask someone and eventually told us 7pm. We placed an order via Postmates for just three items and at 6:15pm, got a notification through the app that our order had been cancelled. I called in to see what the issue was and the girl who answered the phone stated that they do not take orders after 6pm. That’s great, because my order was placed BEFORE 6pm. The girl seemed confused and floundering and then told me that they don’t take Postmates orders period. If that’s the case, remove your location from Postmates. No one should have to call a location twice when ordering food online. I asked if there was a number that I could call so that I could speak to someone about the multiple issues I’ve had placing orders and the girl went to her coworker or manager to ask and loudly complain about the situation without putting the phone on mute. I’m completely fine with going to Auntie Anne’s for my pretzel fix, but for the sake of your business and to avoid similar situations in the future, this location needs to figure out how to take online orders during a pandemic (or remove themselves from Postmates if they’re truly not taking online orders) and the staff needs to be retrained on customer service/ not being rude to someone who was rationally and politely asking them a legitimate question.

I've tried ordering from this location three times within the last two weeks. All three times, the order was accepted and then cancelled twenty minutes later. Take your store "offline" if you can't handle online orders.
For $5 You think you'll get a full bag of Pretzel Bits right? Wrong I got about half a baggie and it was drenched in grease. When I told the cashiers that it was half empty she told me " usually it's 10 to 15 pieces" um lady it looked like their was only 6 pieces. The cheese saw was cold not even a little warm, for sure will never be coming back to this location
