I don't know why they do that, I ordered Avocado and it turns out that they don't give it to me but they charged me for it first and last time I go, I didn't come back to complain because I was in a hurry.

I LOVE THEM AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE ? THEY ARE ALL VERY RESPECTFUL

Parking: It depends on the time you go, since in the mornings it is not easy to find parking since it is in front of a MIDDLE SCHOOL AND FWY.

5 years ago it was my favorite place with COVID they closed tables inside and outside the business the last time I went the employee yelled at me to get out because there was no service the door was open I wanted to buy donuts to take home I stood behind the showcase and he didn't have to talk to me in a loud tone

Felt good to be back in the city so I stopped @ my favorite donut shop ?, but the donuts were dry & old been sitting since morning ? the frosting on them crumbled up ended up throwing them away.

Thee best, an oldie but a goodie.

Parking: Very busy strip mall, but for the Winches donut house it's worth it.

I ordered an apple fritters and a cup of coffee this morning at the location on Roscoe, in Panorama City. The half and half was spoiled. It curdled in my coffee, smelled and tasted bitter. When I told the employee, she opened the container, smelled it, and drank some. She said no it's not. Another customer agreed that it was spoiled. Only then did she give us new coffee and half and half from the carton. The apple fritter has no apple anymore. It's not an apple fritters, just a big thick donut. Too bad. Used to love Winchell for over 6 decades, it was consistently very good at all locations. End of an era.

The 2 stars are just for the service that the saleswoman offered me.
The rest was not to my liking but the turkey avocado that I ordered was delicious like 100pre
