I finished ordering at 4:39pm and I got my food at 5:35 pm. They made me wait 56 minutes for my food and every time I asked when my food was ready the lady kept on telling me 10 minutes.

Very bad service, I placed my order at 2:00 pm, they gave me time until 4:20 pm to pick up and my order was not ready.

Old classic attractive atmosphere inside the wing stop restaurant, good helpful staff, delicious food, and by the way, there is a restroom where you can wash your hands before eating. You can come order food in a restaurant and eat here. The restaurant has seating, you can order food through an app or call and have it delivered to your home, which is sometimes a necessary option when there is no free time to visit the restaurant.

12/29/23 Totally disastrous service, I asked for my order 3 times and they did not deliver it after an hour waiting in the lobby and then they have it detained there and they want to deliver it to me cold and it is not what I asked for the fat man answers with an attitude and says that I have to wait one more hour if I want the food fresh after an hour and a half, wait, they are always talking or doing other things and not at work

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My order took almost an hour. All the while I waited and not one staff member informed me that my order will take 45 minutes. They weren't even apologetic when I asked how much longer my food will be. They just said they're working on it and gave me an attitude. I don't understand how this business runs. Do they have a supervisor or manager on staff that can help run this location smoothly and at least offer some sort of customer service. Poorly trained staff who doesn't know how to interact with customers. When they finally had my order ready, they just placed it on the counter and didn't even acknowledge me. Unbelievable, if my staff behaved like that I would be livid as a business owner. Horrible service and the hair on my food was the icing on the whole experience. What a disappointment. Guess if you raise a concern about your order being delayed, you'll get the same service and probably placed the hair in my food on purpose. Shame on wing stop and your staff. Waste of money because the food went straight to the trash. Train your staff in proper customer service and proper food handling...

I love Wingstop and this is always my favorite place to come but they messed up my order so many times that I always complain and they give you a face when you do, knowing that they messed up my order.Last night I placed an order through the phone when I came inside after 30 min had passed I asked if it was ready and the guy said yes almost..I give it another 20 min and I ask again he's like "what's your name again " " give me a couple more minutes " turns out my receipt got lost and he had to take my order all over again I was super upset because I waited so long and I was starving I go home and it was the wrong order...I'm furious they never get my order right

I stopped by and picked up a 10pcs Boneless wings, (5pcs Louisiana Rub / 5pcs Hickory Smoking BBQ) for my dinner, it was tasty.The place was kept clean, the cashier was friendly and professional.I noted that the wall menu did not list the wings by piece prices, only the combo ones, even the take-Home menu did not list them.

The young lady by the name Linda needs a raise. She is a hardworking individual. Helping customers at the the front desk, while at the same time helping bag orders in the kitchen. 10 out of 10 work ethic. I want to reiterate that these flowers are strictly for Linda, as she made my day because I really enjoy see hardworking individuals in the field. Making my experience enjoyable. When you order online they tell you 34 to 45 minutes when I Got there An hour later my food still wasn't done they kept telling me 10 to 15 minutes Management didn't want to come and talk to me. Supposedly management doesn't speak English only Spanish You guys should hire somebody that speaks both English and Spanish to communicate with your customers. Bad service, bad management.
