Yoshinoya Panorama City

It’s been years since I was last here, they have expanded their dining area to twice their size.

Service was friendly and professional, the lady who served me was someone who worked at another branch of Yoshinoya, we remembered each other. We exchanged warm greetings.

The food was the same yummy food as all Yoshinoya serve.

The parking area is kinda limited, so it’s hard to find parking during peak times.

Pre-Covid, this branch was open 24hrs, now they are open till 2am

I just placed in order to go a soda and a regular bowl if Teriyaki chicken to go. the casher charged me an egg roll which I never ordered. They slide it through as the combo. Without you noticing this is not appreciated. Even if it's just a small amount of money, but when you do it to multiple customers, it adds up.

I ordered the Tokyo glazed chicken bowl, but the chicken was so tough it was like chewing a stone. They don’t offer soy sauce and even try to charge extra for teriyaki sauce. It feels like they’re more focused on saving money for the owner than serving customers. I won’t be coming back here again.

Customer service is on point!
But don’t order when the older guy is cooking. He always pre-cooks his food and never serves it Hot. Every time I order when he’s there it’s always a disappointment.

This place has horrible service when you ask them for something they get piss off telling you to wait. Everyday they have the same attitudes and they don’t care about the way they treat their costumers. There are no men only people women working at this location.

I hope this comments get to the owners and take this as a constructive criticism. Yoshinoya is usually tasteful food. This location does suffer of understaff. I only see 2 employees on shift trying to get through online orders and took about 10 minutes just to get to the cash register with no one on line. We were a group of 5. Hire more people, you are letting go on business….

Food was hot and ready, cashier was friendly. Stop was a little dirty but I imagine it’s hard to keep clean with homeless sleeping in the corner.
Probably won’t go back in the late vending again but daytime I imagine is just fine.
