I ordered from Little Caesars in Paradise, CA through Uber Eats. Part of my order was wrong, so I called the store and they agreed to replace it. Since I didn’t want to eat cold food, I decided to bring my entire order back so they could make everything fresh.
When I arrived, the staff argued with me and refused to remake the full order, even though it was their mistake. I had already paid a delivery fee and a tip for a service that ended up being a complete inconvenience—I had to drive back myself just to fix their error.
Mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism and customer care here was extremely frustrating. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Went in to get pizza a whole 20 minutes before they closed, the owner told me to either order or get out after I was looking at the menu for about 15 seconds. I actually worked there for a total of 2 hours with my shift starting at dinner hours from 5-7pm many months ago, received zero training, recieved no paperwork to fill out and got yelled at when i obviously had no idea what I was doing. They told me they weren’t interested in me afterwards, then called me weeks later to ask if i could come and work for them that day. Never got paid for that either, and considering everyone else’s negative reviews on here about how rude the owners are its amazing that they even make enough money to stay open. Do not support them.

Their food is hit or miss. It's either really good or you're eating the cardboard taste pizza. I'd suggest making a custom order to ensure you're getting it fresh, or at least fresher.

I live in oroville and the little Caesar’s there is always good but unfortunately I had a very different experience at the paradise location. The oroville location always allows me to add bacon to the Italian cheese bread, I called this one and asked and they told me no. That’s fine I told them I would place my order online. They failed to tell me that there’s no more online orders after 6:30. So I called back and placed my order over the phone. They told me 15 minutes for pick up and I showed up in 10. I received my order and when I got home (which is only about 4 mins away) my food was ice cold almost like they gave me some old food that they had leftover from earlier. Very disappointed in the food and the service and I will not be returning.
They are only open till 7 in a town that burned down and has no restaurants

The out of country accent are to heavy to streamline communication for the 2 to 5 minutes at the cash register, and the food has more than doubled in price since the days of $5 hot n'ready. Not going back any time soon
