“Nic's is essential to Paradise, a great place to gather for a beer or glass of wine with a sumptuous meal. When with my sweetie, I love to share Nic's Garden Salad with honey mustard dressing and the Peach & Brie flatbread. If it's lunchtime, I might go for the Rosemary Grilled Cheese Panini and an iced tea. The staff is terrific. Chris, Sandy, Brian, and the whole team are warm, right there for you, rounding out the experience of NIc's as a real positive. And if Nic is working the room, all the better. Whether eating indoors or out, Nic's is our weekly touchstone for good food, drink, and community!”

“First time in and have been wanting to try it. We were not disappointed.

Carne Asada Fries

The fries could have had more guacamole and sour cream for the amount of fries you get. The beans and rice were very good! The atmosphere was very comfortable.

“Fresh made tacos. Super goood!! Know that they only take cash. Havent eat all day from work and the food is very fulfilling and melts in my mouth. I order the 3 tacos with the sauce (Idk what the name is)but yum and i also order quesadillas. Recommend. Maybe a bit pricey but it was good. Spend about $40 with drinks.”

“For a Mexican restaurant on wheels, it’s a good quiet spot to relax and have a bite to eat. Currently stationed on the CMA church north parking lot.

Parking: It’s on the premises of the Christian Alliance Missionary building. M-F is usually the best time to go, because it’s not during services held on those days.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s located in a huge parking lot and also has many special parking spots those who need them.”

“The most authentic Mexican restaurant in town. Maria has been serving the ridge for as long as I can remember with her wonderful tasteful cooking. Her restaurant is large and clean and she even offers karaoke on the weekends at her outside patio. Great service”

“Purely basing this review on the pollo asada. We were driving by and had no plans to stop in but the smell in the car brought us to a quick turn around.
We got a half of the small (6 pieces). It was phenomenal. Well worth the unexpected turn around.”

“I love Dutch Bro employees and drinks but really disappointed that they took the green water container away so quickly. Many of us are not ready to drink from city water until the entire city is clear of water issues. We have been coming until water container disappeared but unfortunately will not be back until the city pipes are all cleared. Sophia’s is keeping there’s until customers feel better about the water and wish Dutch would have done the same. Hopefully it won’t be too long before we can be back supporting you all! I know there are many others that feel the same.”

The staff was amazing and courteous with genuine smiles. The pizza was great!! Thank you for still caring about making a quality product where what you provide and how you present it matters!!”
