I can't say much because I ordered my son the bread sticks online and I walked in and punched a code in an oven and the door opened. It was quiet and I never saw an employee. My son loved his bread sticks tho.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Will not be going back. They treated my husband with no respect and literally told him to “get out” of the store after breading the breadsticks in front of my husband asking “does this look burnt?” for wanting a refund on burnt food.
