1st time there. Very friendly. I thought he had a very good price for carnitas burrito. Got home. Cut in half. He had double rolled the tortilla (rolling the tortilla halfway before adding meat etc to make it look bigger) so I had a burrito that was fully 1/2 a wad of doughy tortilla throughout the whole burrito. I had to cut half the burrito (doughy junk) out, and scraped the meat rice and beans into a smaller tortilla I have at home. In his defense, I go to several trucks in Chico and find this practice is becoming more and more common as costs for the vendors skyrocket, and they have to use smaller portions to stay in business. That said, what carnitas were there very very good. I will try again and get his tacos instead.

This place has my favorite Mexican food in the area. It only loses a star because their business hours don't match the big sign in front of the parking lot (close at 6pm Monday through Saturday). I'm not sure if they close early on slow days or have completely different hours, but I pulled up at 3:30 and they were already closed.
