This was my third or fourth online order. On my last order, I called after an hour and a half. The person who took my call said that he didn't have any online orders. When I gave him the order number he found it then told me it had been delivered; not only did the driver gave my food to somebody else, she also kept my tip which she didn't earn because she didn't do her job. She could've called me to confirm identity and location. She didn't. When I finally received my order and I said to the driver not to charge my card twice, she got rude and defensive. No more pizza for me.

Today I had a day where business after business I started to wonder if anyone still cares about customer service and quality? This place absolutely rocked it!! The staff was amazing and courteous with genuine smiles. The pizza was great!! Thank you for still caring about making a quality product where what you provide and how you present it matters!!

One of the best pizza places still in town and survived the 2018 Camp Fire. All the food is delicious and worth every penny spent. From the salad bar to pizza and beer on tap. New flooring has been installed and many choices of seating for your preference. They have high chairs, low chairs, benches and booths. The arcade room even has an old Ms.Pac-Man from the 1980’s and the back room has the old tables and benches that were used many times by children of all ages throughout the many years of family gatherings and birthday celebrations.Kid-friendliness: The back room has plenty of room for young children and the table and benches are perfect height for them.

Called in for pickup, was told 25 minutes. Showed up. Paid, after almost a hour someone finally walked up and said "hey sorry they messed up on your order they are re making you pizza now" got a refund and left. Its ridiclous how expensive stuff is now a days and still gets messed up.

Food is great, the problem however is a large pizza and some wings came out to almost $80. Pizza is good but not that good. This is unsustainable. I can't come back here for a while unless this changes, paradise just isn't the kind of town that has an economy to support those kind of prices. I can only imagine this being the next pizza place to leave paradise after Westside.

Calzone was great - not as dry as other places - lots of filling! Big enough that three of us split one!The Not Knots, however, were dry and not as flavorful as, say, Round Table garlic parmesan twists.

If you want to pay an arm and a leg for pizza only for it to be delivered 3 hours later by a 19 year old who steals $15 in change after delivering your pizza cold, order from Mountain Mikes in Paradise. Like most other places, the quality of product and customer service is astronomically more terrible than it was 15+ years ago, except it cost 300% more than it used to.
