I don't know who thought it'd be a good idea to have the beyond loud, annoying, startling automated thing in the drive thru, but they need to be fired. I like Taco Bell on occasion, but I won't go back as long as they have that thing. Do all Taco Bells have one? If so, guess I'm done with Taco Bell. I can't believe how loud that damn thing was.

I've ordered food there about 6 times now, not one order was right, is frequently missing items and they take forever. When you go to the app to click missing items you didnt receive, they offer a voucher for less than you spent on said missing items. I have to open up any vegetarian burritos i get from them because they frequently contain meat. You're better off driving to Chico, it'll probably save you money and time.

I can’t even believe I’m writing this, but that was literally the best beefy 5 layer and Doritos taco supreme I’ve ever had in my 38 years alive. Who ever is working the kitchen Friday evenings deserves a raise.

It’s was okay very bare and not very bright as it used to be but still good food
This is the only fast food around up in Paradise and Magalia area. So we are grateful for that. We went inside and ordered, and came home to find out order wasn't quite right. We drove back to Taco Bell and we got the missing item begrudgingly by the woman there. By this time our food was cold, and really we would have been more satisfied if the order had been remade totally. It really doesn't taste that great eating cold or reheated Taco Bell food, especially things that have lettuce on it. Don't think we will be going back to this Taco Bell anytime soon

TB in Red Bluff is always good and deserving of 4 stars... What took it over the top (5 STARS) was the following: I requested my order to be taken at the counter. The nice young lady (Eva) asked me if I could do it at the kiosk. I asked for her assistance, which she gladly gave me. We had small talk all the while the order was being selected.... I'm not a fan of the kiosk, but she made the ordering process fun.... 4 stars for food, extra star for great hospitality! 👍
The male manager that they have on afternoon staff is extremely hostile and rude. He has poor customer service and approaches issues in the workplace like a child. After he was rude and short with my fiancée i asked for his name to report him to corporate and he informed me “I don’t have to give my name to anyone” and hungup on me.

This place has had many ups and downs with the service I have received from it. This time they actually got the order correct ( which is rare ) and the service from the employee was half ass friendly.
