This place is the worst taco bell I've ever been too. And the people who work there are terrible too. I know. I worked there. 2 times in my life. Every time I go. They mess up my order. Without fail. Then they cop addittude when you ask them to fix it. The manager has no clue how to run his team. I honestly am blown away this place is still in business. They think they can do whatever they want because it's the only fast food in paradise anymore. Literally one car in the drive-thru and she refused to remake my order unless I came inside the lobby. I swear every single time I go to any given taco bell they just refuse to get Mt order right, give me my own food and instead give me someone else's, or just plain and simple charge me for food and don't give me everything, why is it that taco bells everywhere specifically look to not get my order right? To the lady at the window working tonight and letting me know you were out of nacho cheese, thank you. And to the cooks yelling at her because I wanted to change my chips and cheese to a fry which was a 20 cent difference, you should be ashamed of yourselves. She asked you a simple question and with the window even closed I could hear you scream at her like it was a huge deal. Safe to say customer s3rvice is NOT what it used to be. Bunch of whiny, complaining, kids back there cooking my food.

During my most recent visit the manager decided that I couldn't verbally order the double decker tacos. He said that it was something we had to order online or on the touchscreen menu a few feet away, which had giant double decker ads playing on it. Not sure what this man's problem was, as I just pulled up the app and ordered the double deckers. He proceeded to then take about 10 orders before creating mine. Had to wait 25+ minutes. Longest I've ever waited for taco bell food in my entire life. Hope this guy gets fired.

Only reason this T.B. is still in business is because it's like the only fast food place around after the fire... They hardly ever get your order right. Long, long, wait times. More expensive than other T-bells, Undercooked, or way too overcooked food; not to mention they get in a rush because they're so behind and then all your food item end up with less ingredients in them, and you pay for this. Only go here if necessary, sad because this could be fixed but won't because they'll keep getting away with it until another fast food restaurant comes into town again. Better get it together taco bell, or you'll be out before you know it
My order was incorrect and didn’t have any meat on it at all nor did it have melted cheese. I called and was told to return when ever in the next two days to get a new burrito. When I returned, I went through the drive through since it wasn’t specified over the phone. They refused to make me a new burrito and they held up the line for 15 minutes until a manager came back on shift and remake the burrito. Like why the drama.

A change in management is needed for this store!They have long wait time, don't have the food you order and they don't wanna give back your money. Usually, you won't hear an apology, seems like the staff are forced to work here.

I've read dozens of bad reviews on this restaurant but I choose to try for myself. We don't have many options for dining on the ridge, and this is the only fast food available to us. Unfortunately, I found the reports to be accurate. My order (3 crunchy tacos) was barely wrapped and ended up as a pile of ingredients at the bottom of the bag. My only hope is that some other ff restaurants will open soon to give them some competition. Try at your own risk.

We went there on Sunday. Drive thru was packed so we dared go inside. AC was cranked SOOO high I was shivering, and no one ever said they’d help us soon or even acknowledged us. We left and went to Westside pizza where the service and food was amazing!! This Taco Bell in Paradise really needs new management. This place is consistently a bad experience. I’ve had numerous issues besides this one like paying for a steak and cheese burrito only to get home and find only ground beef, or waiting 45 minutes in the drive thru, or the Mexican pizza shell tasting like old nasty oil.
