First off this place is always so dirty! The manager is super super rude this is my third and last time going there because of how they treat their customers. I never leave reviews but this baskin robins needs new training and new management!

Walk-in today 7-31-23 there were 4 women behind the counter. Only 1 lady was actually working. I stood there for a good 5min maybe longer before I asked was anyone besides the lady scooping ice cream working. One of the ladies turned around and said I'm training.. ahh okay but there are 3 of y'all laughing not looking like they are training. Females rolls her eyes and said I'll be with you in a second. I say you could have said someone will be with you in a minute. I said never mind I'll take my money elsewhere, she just shrugged her shoulders and said OK. If I could give zero stars I would have. Do yourself a favor go across the street to yoghurt land. Much better service. All three of those ladies need to be fired!

The guy working today July 19 at 2:36 is super rude and has zero customer service. I greeted him and he just reply rudely what do I want and when I ordered my rocky roll he just left it there and did not even tell me it was ready like he truly needs a job that makes him happy cause this ain't it

The chick working tonight 4/24 at around 7:55pm needs a new attitude (and hairstylist) not sure if she's just annoyed of her job or bad hair job) she was so damn rude. I'm not d*** I can use my own eyes I ordered two single scoops one was cookie dough and then I ordered a single scoop of cookies and cream which I clearly looked around and decided based off the options that they had out. This girl proceeds to say "we don't have cookies and cream" confused I just said okay well then I'm obviously not gonna get it, then her friendly coworker corrected and informed her that they in fact did have cookies and cream (there was two batches one looked as if it was just pulled and the other was practically melted) ms.attitude then proceeds to roll her eyes when she realizes that she was wrong she then had the nerve to scoop the melted batch instead. I will be calling this store until I reach an owner, and from the previous reviews this obviously shouldn't be a shock to them.

We came hear after a hockey tournament win at the rink down the street. We arrived late with a group of 15 teenage boy. There was one person working the store when we arrived. He did a fabulous job scooping ice cream and helping others between our large group. The ice cream is always good, even on relatively cold nights in So Cal, and lots of variety.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Last month I went to order a custom cake and they told me to go the next day to pick it up. When my Husband went to pick it up they told him they didn't make it because their printer didn't work. He went at 6pm to pick it up and they couldn't call us all day to tell us they couldn't make it. The owner was beyond rude and definitely won't be back not even for ice cream.

I been coming to this location for the past 4 years and this is the second time this old man gets my order his been super doesn’t wanna accept the coupons from the app say no the register is not going to accept the coupon and this and that like what this it’s my fist time using the app
Today was super hot and I decided to stop by for a double scoop of ice cream! and I was excited bc I I haven't been to a Baskin Robbins in so long and it's my first time at this paramount location! Lesly greeted me and recommended some new flavors I've never heard of! I saw how she prioritizes customers and tries to make them feel welcomed! She was very attentive with everyone! Will definitely come back!! :))) ice cream was delicious as well! Exactly what I needed on this hot day!!!

Went to get ice cream on 11/24/21 in the evening and the man behind the counter was unfriendly and rude. He prepared our food without gloves he left the string from the bananas on my sundae and I asked him to please remove them. He use his hands to remove the strings, it was gross. Our ice cream smelled like fish. Awful experience. Will never go here again

I order a cake and at the time of pick up come to find out it was never made. I paid for this and I got this. The owner reach out and was never given money back or at least A gift card. Never again will I come here. Thanks you ruined the day. Cold stone here I come.
