Come here all the time and always have great customer service until today...very rude male employee on the drive through didnt even say hi or welcome..all i got was what do you want... didnt get his name but was a tall male employee working at 620 pm shift on Saturday November 29.....I understand it may not be the job you like or may be having a rough day but that is not a way to treat your customers... Manager at this location needs to correct that

The food was good, amazing chef. Maria, is a horrible worker she needs to be fired. Me and a lot of people I know including family and coworkers stop going due to her poor service she is very rude. Today I decided to give it a chance again and regretted it. While I was ordering my daughter was still carrying my 2 year old mind you he’s autistic, she had the mouth to say “and control your kid I don’t want him running” I respectfully stated “I will try my best I understand” but she repeated herself in a horrible tone . YOU CANT JUDGE OFF LOOKS HES SO CALM!!! I went for my first refill and she turned off the soda fountain with a rude face. This locations air in the playground doesn’t work, get it fixed most of your costumers use it. WONT BE GOING EVER AGAIN SAVE YOUR TIME AND DONT GO EITHER!!!!!!

The line took forever to move! There seems to be one employee working all of service area. It took 20 minutes to get a kids meal and when I pulled up he hadn’t even out my order in the register and blamed that the orders switched. I clearly saw him putting it in. Work on faster service

The wait in drive through was very long, over 20 minutes. My coupon didn’t work because the time allotted expired. The cashier said he would give me the discounts but only gave me 1 discount when I was entitled to two. My fries were cold. Usually this business is fast paced and the food is fresh. Today was very unexpected. I will give them another shot in the future. For now I will go elsewhere.
Vegetarian options: Food is usually fresh and hot.. today was a disappointment.

Walked up to order no one in front didn’t notice guy was on headset at register but shut me up ok I waited him finish while my kids trying open kids area so it’s closed 7:30pm I just wanted eat my kids decent meal while the play.. we left my kid crying so wack why have a playground if can’t be used for public ridiculous
