Really slow service & I watched the cashiers ignore some children looking to ask a question about their order

The wait in drive through was very long, over 20 minutes. My coupon didn’t work because the time allotted expired. The cashier said he would give me the discounts but only gave me 1 discount when I was entitled to two. My fries were cold. Usually this business is fast paced and the food is fresh. Today was very unexpected. I will give them another shot in the future. For now I will go elsewhere.
Vegetarian options: Food is usually fresh and hot.. today was a disappointment.

Walked up to order no one in front didn’t notice guy was on headset at register but shut me up ok I waited him finish while my kids trying open kids area so it’s closed 7:30pm I just wanted eat my kids decent meal while the play.. we left my kid crying so wack why have a playground if can’t be used for public ridiculous

This location has the nicest workers and I’ve never had any complaints in all the years I’ve gone here. They always get my order out to me very quickly. The workers always make sure everything is good and there isn’t anything else I need.

The service was amazing! My order came super quick without any issues, the lobby was clean and the workers were all very nice and had amazing customer service!
The service was so good and they were super fast with giving my order. They made sure if everything was good and if I needed it anything.
Vegetarian options: I love that they came out with the beyond meat, I can get any burger I want and replace it with the substitute meat

Maria wasn’t profesional , couldn’t say the Order number just what i ordered been waiting over 10 minutes for my food. She checked my receipt and verified that it was my food then came to my table to snatch the plate off my desk. she had the nerve to send another women for her mistake. Then they gave me an under cooked meat because she rushed the guy to make my food what a horrible service from Maria the manager.The meat was cold and watery wasn’t even warm at all.
