Chipotle Mexican Grill

Rude manager Liz Barron. No explanation on why I couldn’t get something and instead of explaining and being polite she was NOT. I asked for a manager Miriam was not there & who has been amazing for as long as I can remember, being an employee in the area I always would go there. You can tell she wasn’t there because the rice was mushy, the protein looked dry and overcooked, guacamole looked like it had been sitting out all day. Don’t get me wrong as I said I’ve been visiting this chipotle for years and for some reason today Liz want to forget her role as a manager and going back and forth with me on how well I get treatment from the other manager. She should be taking notes instead of trying to be tough and clean the food prep area. I spent my money almost $50 but will not be eating my food because I believe you should not eat food from people with bad energy. I knew better.

Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback—the rice I received was extremely dry and overcooked, to the point where it was hard and getting stuck in my teeth. It really affected the meal. Every bite I take is filed with hard rice. I ordered 2 bowls one with white rice the other with brown both a disgusting and hard. Do better I wasted 34$ !

The workers are really kind and ask if you want extra or not, inside is clean and organized. The best Chipotle I’ve been to. Thank you Guys!!!

My sister and I came in a little wary because the place was 25 minutes to close, but nonetheless went in because we were craving it. We went in and had the absolute best service from Sasha. She was very nice and friendly, and did not rush us in any way. She even made some friendly small talk as the other cashier was ringing up another customer in front of us in line. So grateful for service workers like Sasha! Thank you :)

came in 20 minutes til closing expecting not crazy but Sasha was the absolute sweetest! she took care of me and my sister and even made conversation with us while we were waiting to pay! loved my experience with her!

I ordered a chicken burrito but when my order arrived i was given a burrito bowl. I dont know if it was a mistake or if somehow they were out of tortillas at 3:30 pm. Which if thats the case then it is what it is, but they didnt even attempt to contact me to see if i was okay with switching it. I just got a bowl of disappointment delivered to me.

I came here at about 12:30 PM on a Saturday and there was no line and they hooked it up with good portions not skimping out like other places that are possibly busier
