Pizza is always fresh and delicious. The workers are fast and efficient. Delivery is even usually faster than most places. I'm a frequent customer and will continue to order my pizza from here when I get my usual craving.
I ordered my specialty pizza and I wanted to try the loaded tator tots at 715. During the tracking of the order, the arrival time said 7:40pm. The time past, I called the Domino's phone and it took 6min for someone to answer, just be placed on hold and the phone was disconnected. I called a second time and someone finally answered. I told them my issue and the person on the phone claims they were waiting on my tator tots. My pizza and tots arrived over an hour later and it was COLD. The delivery person blamed it on management. I was hungry, frustrated and very disappointed. My specialty pizza is not cheap so I spent over $60 dollars for my order to end up being COLD and Late. So unacceptable.Vegetarian options: Have all my favorite veggies

Second time i've ordered from there, online order. They forgot my 2 liter and sauce last time.. this time they forgot my parm bites and promised to bring it in 5-10 minutes now. It's been 15 minutes. Also want to mention i ordered a chicken alfredo pasta.. taste was alright guess i shouldn't have high expectations, it's Dominos.. but the portion of pasta was like for a kid. I've ordered pastas before and have never been served this little. Looking at all the reviews i noticed there are me responses to the other bad reviews. So are we just supposed to accept poor customer service? Should at least offer refunds or extra food when y'all forget something.

I've always been satisfied with Domino's food and service.My one and only issue is and has ever been is with the downloaded app. It is not intuitive and continues to be and exercise in frustration and futility. Without exception, every use drains my patience, unrecognized identity has resulted in multiple accounts and each requiring a new password that is also unrecognized..Amazingly, using the actual website seems to work fine without fail ...Eh .. Such is life ..

Ordered at 10:08 and food arrived at 11:20 food was cold called and complained some broad was disrespectful so I asked for the manager only to find out its the same person smh I'm done with this food chain
