Food was good, LOTS of options. Pastrami burger was delicious. However, the customer service was lacking. I had asked for extra napkins as I thought they hadn't given us any and when I did one of the female employees gave about 3 extra napkins with a bit of an attitude..and only to find out they gave us some but placed under the fries. After we finished our meal I asked for a container to go, again a bit of an attitude and only handed me a wrapping paper and a paper bag for fries, breaded chicken and half a burger. A more customer focused attitude can go a long way.

Ordered a western bacon cheese burger and it was very dry had to go home and add stuff the BLT sandwich was very dry also ..plus breakfast didn't come with no hash browns but they put 2 apple slices what the hell am I like 2yrs old ... honestly it was not worth it at all and very expensive especially when you can buy 60 eggs now for like 11 dollars so why the hell it is so expensive and it sucked not ever going back again not even if I was starving.....

I don't want to review because I don't want it to be overrun with customers. BUT WE LOVE THIS PLACE. Portions are large and food is great. Price is same as any other but definitely enough food, double, and we often share. Son luvs XL drinks. Menu has nice variety. This is like Tam's, but they been here for a minute.

Hi I just Wana let the owner know that I went by today in drive thru I was real hungry and the girl that took my order I'm not sure what her name is she has a piercing on her eyebrow and lip she had my order real quick and nicely served in a box had exactly what I asked for with napkins and peppers food was good she's such a great employee her customer service was 100% you have a wonderful worker

I was there last night with my family it was raining i taught we weren’t gona eat inside but we decided to stay and we order food and i gota say that new girl the cashier onfront wow perfect customer service so polite so nice she repeated our order was so nice the whole time she smiled made me and my family feel welcomed 👍🏼

I was her Friday and ordered a breakfast burrito the one that comes with everything . I think even 5 eggs .. got my burrito . It was not as expected. It had 95% Potato ., 3% egg and van nearly taste the 🤔 Bacon, sausage ham.. no taste at all . Will not be coming back ever here.
2025-2 star: Burger is still good but their fries are not as good as they used to be and they give you less. 2023-2 star: if your buying a hamburger combo or their chili cheese fries, your good, but this place can be more expensive than other local places, if you want to substitute certain items for others. 2019-5 star: Price is starting to get a little costly, but still with it for now.

Very very bad customer service. I was trying to find a solution for my mistake I made ordering online which was instead of takeout I wanted delivery and was given instructions but once I called back to mentioned I wouldnt let me cancel the order someone in the back saying what I want in a tone that he was annoyed and hung up on me. Very bad service there. Im very disappointed.
