Been going here for several years. Today I ordered a cheeseburger combo. Got home and pulled out my burger to eat and it was really small and thin. No like them at all.Think McDonalds cheeseburger for example. I don’t know if they gave me the wrong order or what happened. Maybe just an off day? Idk. I never complain either. Then I got the fries and they were not seasoned. So disappointing. I wanted to check if they gave me the right order but they didn’t give me a receipt.

The food did come out promptly, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars. However, it took a while to even place my order. As workers passed by, none of them said, “Just a minute,” or “We’ll be with you shortly.” By the time we ordered and went to sit down, the tables were dirty. Again, it took a while to get a worker’s attention. When I finally did, I asked for a rag to clean the table. A worker came out and wiped all the leftover food and mess from the table onto the seats. I had to go back to the counter and ask for a rag again, and they just looked at me. I know they were swamped, but the cashiers and workers at the front really lacked customer service.

It's been 10 years since I've been to Doublz and now that I live here permanently it will be my go to burger place. Also way better than in and out and the prices are amazing for the amount of food you get!

The guy on the speaker and handing out food needs to learn how to hear and better customer service. We literally placed a mobile order didn’t know how to customize with there horrible mobile app any who told him if I can do no pickels and onions on it and they said oh we can they made it already lol after the fact that I just placed the order 5 seconds after pulling up

Bought a Philly cheese steak, and they clearly just threw asada for a burrito or torta in there. It tasted nothing like a Philly cheese steak and everything like a wannabe torta. It was disappointing, especially because I craved Philly. My daughter got nuggets, and they were really bland and had no flavor.

My last two visits I found hair strands in my burger and strawberry smoothie . It’s not fair to pay a lot of money and get poor service. Please wear hair net. The attached photo is a strawberry smoothie I ordered with a strand of hair in it. Hair was found in my burger two different occasions so therefore I will not be returning
