The wait was over 5 minutes for my order to be delivered but I'm used to that so no worries there. I ordered the chicken and cheese quesadillas. They were tasty but a little dry. I had ordered no sauce so that may be the reason but the chicken was very dry. The clerks at the window took my money quickly and gave me my drink right away. They were friendly too.

Very clean restaurant compared to other El Pollo Loco Restaurants.
Worse El Polo Loco that I've ate at! I travel due to my job, therefore, I've ate at MANY El Polo Loco Restaurants. This location was by far the worse! I ordered a ? salad minus the beans and avocado. They gave me the "throw away" pieces that's normally tossed in the trash! I'll never eat at this location again. Wasn't worth my money or time.

This place is always closed when i go. It says they're open at 9am and I've gone between 9-10:10am and they're still closed. It wouldn't cost them anything to just change the time. It's not just me but other people i work with have gone and still closed.
