We ordered a family meal and it was so gross..the rice was not fresh tasting it tasted like it came straight out of the box with no flavor I couldn't even take more than a few bites even with the pico de gallo on it...the chicken was so dry the skin was so stuck on the dry meat we couldn't even get a full juicy piece. The Mac n cheese was too tender and too much cheese sauce..not edible at all. Will be staying away from this place.

If I could give this place a Zero I definitely would. Don’t ever come here especially before 9:45 - 10 pm when they clearly have a sign posted saying they close at 11. These people are the worst creamy cilantro cups be half filled. Do not come to this el polo loco they are trash it’s the closet one to me but the service

Every time I order the original pollo bowl I never get chunks of chicken! I get chicken bits! It's ridiculous! Same when you order the double chicken tostada! They also do not have curbside pick up anymore but still advertise it.

By far the worse customer service ! Doesn't matter what day or time, you'll get the worse ladies at drive through. They'll hand your food over and no common courtesy to say "thank you" they'll just hand your food and shut the window.

Don’t come here store is open and they won’t serve you they claim it’s only online orders but restaurant hours are posted which makes no sense not a single time have I came here and been served right that’s why I never come here and if you order online to pick they close the restaurant door so they don’t have to help you this is literally the worst pollo loco I have been too and I only go to it because it’s in my city but I prefer to drive 15 min out of the way to not deal with who ever is running this place. Do Not Waste you’re money coming here

Adding just 1 drink allowed us to use a 2nd coupon, and we were able to receive a free beef avocado quesadilla for spending at least $11.99 total. The friendly girl helping us recommended the beef & we agree it is very good!
